Don’t expect much from this group as far as customer service and responsiveness is concerned. How to call 3 times to get a rep to call me back. Then the rep was a hour late and played it off like they were so busy getting a proposal out. 4 weeks later now and 3 calls and no bid received.
Can’t imagine the experience if there was a warranty issue. Have no clue how these guys have 4 stars. 1 star for service, responsiveness and follow through.

I own a condo unit in downtown Kansas City that uses commercial grade locks. Getting new keys cut at larger home improvement stores or grocery stores never worked with these sensitive locks.
I had 5 keys cut here and every single one worked. I was shocked. These guys deal with top notch stuff but are still very friendly to small timers like me. I highly recommend!
