The phone rep. and technician were both knowledgeable and informative. The appointment was setup for a day or so after the call. The company stayed in contact. The service was professional and well done. I have allergies and moved into a new place with carpet that was triggering them. After the cleaning my allergies have been good.

Cleaned very dirty carpet in basement ten hangout area (lots of spills and dirty shoes). Great job - looks great! Also, cleaned a couch and it looks new. Another well-known company cleaned it last time and did not do a satisfactory job, so I was very pleased to see top notch results with ChemDry.

Great experience from start to finish. I first called with questions and was pleased to get an accurate price quote as well. Mike arrived on time and was very professional. He asked a few pertinent questions and then got straight to work and efficiently rescued our couch that we could not get the dog urine smell out of despite our best efforts. We are thankful to have the use of our couch back and have a local company to use in the future for carpet and upholstery cleaning!

We had some heavy soiling of our carpets with 4 kids and 2 dogs. The gentleman from Chem Dry showed up promptly, he was masked and very professional. I thought we would have to buy new carpets, but I wanted to try this first. The carpets look AMAZING. Really brand new. It didn't take long and it was very affordable. I will definitely use again.

Mike is so awesome! We were looking for so many quotes and Mike was the ONLY person (Chem Dry) to ask if we had pets and urine problems. He checked everything out before beginning and showed us his recommendations.

We had our carpets cleaned several months back and must strongly recommend Chem-Dry Louisville's services to everyone. They were very professional, on time and did exactly what they said they would.
