No surprises. I got bids from half a dozen companies to do a full tear off and replacement. Jay and Blue Fox were by far the most detailed in their explanation of what should be done, why it was necessary, and what the cost would be. He took the time to educate me, answer all my questions, and then followed through. Price wise there wasn’t a lot of difference between the companies I spoke with. The attention to detail is why I went with Blue Fox and I was not disappointed. I did run into a few bumps with a gutter subcontractor they used, but they stayed on top of that as well. The roof repair was done at my mother’s home when I noticed water damage on the ceiling and on a closet wall. I called the company to schedule an appointment. The person was very pleasant and professional as well as informative. I was told that if the problem was repairable at the time of the appointment they could take care of it. I got lucky: Painters were at my home to repair fascia boards and then to paint. The situation turned out to be more involved. We needed a roofing EXPERT. The folks who installed my roof have gone out of business. I went to GOOGLE and found Blue Fox Roofing & Renovations. They had had a cancellation for this afternoon! Great experience. Very responsive and timely. They did a great job on the new roof and completed everything in a day. They cleaned up everything when done. Nothing was left behind. They improved the attic ventilation and put guards on the gutters. They are extremely honest, reasonable rate, and professional and I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Blue Fox Roofing & Renovations! We contacted a few reputable roofing companies and Blue Fox was the only company who physically came to our house for an in-person estimate and then sat down with us and walked us through the process step by step.
Not only did they do a great job, they also worked with us to minimize our out of pocket costs after our home owners insurance decided not to cover the entire project.

Called Blue Fox mid day to come for a repair and by 6 pm my repair was done. Jay was super nice and did not try to sell me anything else, just did the repair and the price was very reasonable.
