I cannot praise Chad and the whole Team at GreenTree enough. Competitively priced, responsive and timely with all communications and utterly professional. Mine was a somewhat challenging installation given the jobsite, but Chad took the time to check in during installation to ensure all was going to plan and to verify that all met his very high standards for QC. Green Tree was great to work with from start to finish. It was easy to set up the appointment, and they sent confirmation emails and texts. The service man, Jorge, called to say when he would arrive and showed up on time. He spent time answering my questions and explaining things to me. He documented the condition of the ac units so they could keep track of potential problems or monitor performance. I was able to pay by card on the spot. Jorge was respectful of my time and my home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Jorge was here 2x to check a situation with one of our units. He was extremely polite, patient & friendly. The company is so responsive & great with communicating! What a refreshing experience. Thank you. Oh, also, honesty! He held onto the old thermostat to make sure the issue was resolved & offered to put it back next week if the issue should arise again. When does that ever happen? Usually, it’s like “oh, sorry, we don’t have your part anymore…”. Definitely recommend giving Green Tree a call!

I’ve had several AC repair service companies come to my home over the last 15 years here in So. FL and by far GreenTree was the most responsive and the most professional. I can highly recommend both techs Andre and Jason who professionally diagnosed and fixed our problem with our Trane unit (blown compressor) step by step ensuring that all components were checked before the final diagnosis. GreenTree AC was great. I was able to get someone on the phone in a panic at 5:45 PM on a Saturday. We were out of town when we got the call from a friend who was staying at our house babysitting the dogs when our AC Unit completely shut down. I called Greentree and got Janelle. She sent Junior out and within an hour or so the house HVAC was up and running and doggies were back to being cool. Thanks Junior, Janelle and the GreenTree Crew! Highly recommend!

A proper company that puts customers 1st. Gave a proper quote during visit, and had techs installing new a/c with professional results. Everything installed clean and in an organized fashion. Pricing was fair but the service from their techs was what really sold me on Greentree. Will not hesitate to call Greentree again and hats off to their tech installers.

While doing a good job addressing my AC unit issues, I still had the exact same issues of poor or non-existent airflow thru the new ductwork and registers as I did the old ones. With the AC "on" I could stick a lighter up into it and it couldn't even blow it out.
After informing the owner of the problems I was still having, he came out the next morning and did some fine tuning and tweaking of the plenum and damper. While the airflow improved it was still not quite right. After going over some more corrective actions to take, the owner scheduled the tech crew to return the next day to complete

After seven years of living in my condo with improper cooling due to old inefficient ductwork, I can now sleep with my bedroom door closed and not have the room become a sauna while the rest of the place is a freezer.
From the initial inspection and consultation, installation crew, and follow up to adjust and correct issues (came back out over the next couple days to fine tune and make additional recommendations for improvement). The owner and staff were true professionals, polite, listened to my input, and made everything as perfect as possible.

Really enjoyed the education moment with Chad. He is very knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to see Green Tree AC crew first hand. His crew were very polite, very careful during this times. I have been using this company for the past few years for maintaining my 13.5 yr old Rheem Central A/C system. Chad runs a tight and efficient ship and has always been fair with his services. So when it was time to get a new system it was a no brainer that I would use Greentree. I talked to Chad on Wed at 6pm that I wanted to schedule a new install for Fri (36 hrs later) and Chad made it happen. His install crew (Eric and Andre) showed up promptly at 9am and undertook a 10 hour task hardly even stopping to get a drink let alone taking a bathroom break! They accomplished everything on the contract

6 Stars on a five star scale! Very professional from first phone call to them, all businesses should be like these guys. Needed new lines ran for my unit, I called and was informed that I could have a tech come by the same night to take a look at the situation so he could give me a bid. A friend recommended Green Tree. Chad is super knowledgable and I feel he is extremely trustworthy. You know how sometimes you can't tell if you're being ripped off? Chad came straight away when we needed him. He did a lot of work. The company thst originally installed made a mess.
Chad reinstalled. Cleaned. And sanitized the whole unit.
I even had a small issue once and he talked me through it instead of having to have him come out to the house
Now he does regular maintenance on our unit! He's our guy from now on!

My regular A/C company was too busy to respond to my emergency. Called Chad at Greentree, and they were there within 3 hours. The Workman was very polite and professional, he blew out the lines and tested Freon, A/C working and they left and charged exactly what was quoted on the phone.
At 8pm, we experienced the same problem as we did earlier in the day. We called Chad at 9:00pm, he said he would come at 10:30 pm, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem, made necessary repairs. Told us no charge and left.
