Had a septic issue that you could smell in the yard. First guy that came just told me I needed a new drain field without looking around much. Got a second opinion with Easy Clean and saved a few thousand dollars because he actually took the time to find the drawings with the county, locate my drainfield and diagnose the issue. Such a relief when someone actually uses their brain and puts some thought in their work! Issue was fixed over a year ago and haven’t had an issue since.

I contacted them on Monday because the company I used before is no longer servicing my area and I needed my septic tank inspected as I'm in the process of selling my house. I was given an appointment for Friday. Mr. Harris showed up on time and service was painless. He was very pleasant and detailed with explaining step by step what he was doing. If you need an honest reliable guy who knows what he's doing then you found the right guy!! I called Ben after getting a ton of false information from another septic company. He pulled the plans for our drain field from the city and came out the next day and fixed the problem for a fraction of the price! He was so down to earth and nice!! I can't thank him enough for coming all the way to Woodstock and literally saving us so much grief! He is a lifesaver!!

I met Ben at a traffic light a few weeks ago and I asked him for a business card. I called him to make an appointment to clean my septic tank. Ben was on time and did more than I expected. Our septic tank had been leaking for months and the area smelled really bad. We researched and called two companies. The first one said they would come but never showed up. If you are looking for a trustworthy company Easy Clean Septic is it. I had an urgent issue and was about to be taken advantage of by another company. My gut told me to get another estimate. I called several companies but Easy clean was the only one to call me back immediately. They came out the same day and gave me an estimate almost 1/2 of that of the other company. Ben was amazing! I called him on a Friday night and he came out to give me a second opinion on my drain field. After inspection he said all I needed was a new filter, not an entire drain field like my previous company recommended. Ben was timely, reliable and most importantly HONEST! Highly recommend!
