This has been the best experience I have had with a storage unit. The owners here are so friendly and upfront about everything. This place is beyond SECURE and I feel comfortable storing lots of personal items here with confidence. Also, the units and premises are very clean and well kept. I’m so blessed to have found this place while I house hunt. Thanks CoolBox on Liberty Park!!

Highly recommended! Nice, CLEAN, new facility with easy access anytime. Rates are competitive. Stacey goes above and beyond to help with anything you might need. When we were moving out, we thought we might have a few things left over that we would retrieve at a later date, and she offered to let us move them to a smaller unit and adjust the rent accordingly. We ended up not needing to do that, but when we moved out our final month was prorated, which saved us quite a bit.
She also picked up some boxes for me from their other location and brought them to the Overton store, which saved me a few

I rented at CoolBox for 4 months and they are the best place my family and I have ever stayed! The staff is so nice and are more than willing to help! I highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to rent a storage unit whether for long or short term. My favorite things had to be the easy access to many entrances, gated, and the large elevators that easily fit bed frames and other large furniture.

CoolBox storage is not only up to date but the service is absolutely incredible. There are a number of additional amenities including extra large dollies to move things in and out. There are large elevators and security is great with codes needed to get on property and in buildings. Customer service is the best. I have had only pleasant service with every single employee!

Wonderful experience! I used this facility for temporary storage in between moves. The facility is impeccably well kept and all staff are friendly and helpful. They also offer an app to control gate access, which was super convenient! They have great amenities including clean bathrooms, bottled water, coffee, and cookies (if you time them right!), not to mention their holiday services. I highly recommend this storage facility and will definitely use them again in the future for any storage needs I have.

Called to inquire about their special and spoke to Michelle. She is very professional, personable, friendly and funny. It was such a blessing that they have a truck you can use at no extra cost to move your belongings into this beautiful new clean temperature controlled facility. Stacy is also very sweet, friendly and accommodating. My husband said they helped when he and a friend moved our items into the facility by keeping the doors open and showing them around. These wonderful ladies exceeded our expectations and were pleased to do so. They even gave us a gift and offered us water and cookies

We have moved several customers into this facility since it has opened, and every last one of them has nothing to say but great things about Michelle and Stacey! Even our own staff comes back to the office with excellent remarks on how they are treated. On several occasions they have brought our movers water when it was hot and coffee in the morning. To know that our employees are treated with such kindness makes me compelled to share our wonderful experience with CoolBox.
