My name is Lee Thompson and when I moved from the home I sold and was looking for a storage facility to store my belongings until my new home was finished, I contacted Old Overton Self Storage and spoke to Jennifer. She was so helpful and accommodating. Jennifer was able to give me the storage space I needed.
The storage units are easy to access and very clean and climate controlled. I could have picked any number of storage facilities but to me Jennifer made the difference and that’s why I chose to use Old Overton Self Storage.

I agree with some of the other reviews- rental here has exceeded my expectations. Units are clean and in good working order. Most importantly, Jennifer/management and her team are helpful, kind, and very professional. They provide personal care and attention. I will certainly use and recommend Overton Road Self Storage for future storage needs.

I rented a storage unit from Overton Road Self Storage for over a year. It appeared to be a very honest, friendly, family-owned business UNTIL January of this year. I previously paid several months ahead and was not aware that there was a new Manager, Jennifer. I called and made a payment over the phone, which I have done many times before. A day later I received an email receipt showing they had charged me DOUBLE my normal amount. When I called the office, Janet, who has seen me in-person many times, acted like she didn't know me and coldly stated the Manager would get back to me. Through many
