I called Avon Stove & Fireplace early in the morning for emergency service from New Jersey to help my Father in Piffard to get heat in his house. He had none at the time. Avon Stove sprung into action and got to my father's house in a matter of minutes and helped out immediately! It was like having an extended FAMILY member help out and that is very difficult to find today. Well, that extended family was found and they are tremendous! I highly recommend them for any kind of service and stove / fireplace installs. Great people!! Exactly what you need!

Avon Stove and Fireplace did a great job installing our Mendota gas fireplace and surround. We had an unusual situation putting a gas fireplace on an interior wall, and we found them very easy to work with. There were a lot of twists and turns in our quest for a fireplace, and they were there with us every step of the way. The installer was the most fabulous contractor we've ever worked with. We are so glad we trusted them with the complete job, start to finish. If you choose to go with Avon Stove and Fireplace, you won't be disappointed!

I had to replace a "zero clearance" wood burning fireplace due to the base cracking and deteriorating. Matt came out to do the estimate. I have to say there is nothing better than speaking with a highly experienced professional when bouncing ideas around as he provided invaluable advice based on personal experience. I was exploring changing the entire look of the room by putting rock all the way up to the 12' peak (which we did) and converting to a gas fireplace. I met with Greg V. at the showroom to pick out the fireplace, rock, and mantle. He was outstanding pulling together exactly what we wanted

I bought a Napoleon furnace and wood stove, and the brick work backdrop for the stove. This store is wonderful, and the people there really care. The installation of both the furnace and stove was easy, fast and the technicians were very professional. Greg and Doty Paul, the owners make everyone they meet feel like life long friends. Superior customer service in a friendly helpful fashion. Greg and his crew at Avon Stove and Fireplace are what makes a great experience as a customer. They provide old-fashioned customer service. They really go the extra mile to make their customers happy. When I had issues with my stove and the Dealer, Greg stood tall and got it right. I personally would not go to any other place for my fireplace and stove needs.
