Aviv and his team took on a sizable remodeling project for our newly purchased house, which included a full bathroom remodel, powder room remodel, installing a new central air system, sewer line replacement, full rewire, recessed lighting, floor refinishing, full interior repaint and a number of other small pieces of work. Aviv and his team at Spring Construction have been amazing. We went through a very painful experience of our condo flooding due to a neighbor's leak and they made the whole experience painless. His positive attitude really helped get us through such a taxing time! And then to see the incredible craftsmanship of their work was the icing on the cake. If you are looking for a general contractor to stay on budget, do outstanding work and generally care about their customers then you can't go wrong with Spring Construction!

I had the best experience hiring these guys. I needed to redo our garage and turn it into a guest house. The results are unbelievable, it looks better than I could imagine, everything from design to finishing is perfect. Aviv made sure all my requests were met, I felt I was in good hands all along the way. The work was done on time and for a better price than other offers I got from companies I met with. I used spring construction and design for my complete home remodeling. They did a great job. Very reasonable, always available, license, and very professional! Aviv went to the extra mile throughout the entire process, and I am very happy with his work. He redid my kitchen, bathrooms, hardwood floors, electrical work, recessed lights, and redid my entire plumbing work. He helped guide my designs into life! We have only good things to say!
