It doesn’t matter if I call 10 minutes before they close she is a great resource who has helped me tremendously she doe not rush me off the phone and is also quick to respond to my odd email. Great company and service. Call and they can answer ANY questions you may have. They sold me the Dayton blower and I upgraded the unit with a seal and solenoid and then upgraded the boiler cover to fit the new unit added.

Bought a $650.00 heat exchanger here and 2 1/2 year later it's leaking from the heat coils into the pool water...no warranty on poor quality exchanger

They sell you a cheap rope that does not fit a heat master stove like they advertise!! Door sealed worse with new rope than the old. Save yourself money and buy rope from your stove manufacture. Factory heat master rope is 10x better quality compared to this rope. Oh and don't bother calling them for help, they could care less to help you figure out the problem, or offer to return it. They will just try to sell you a new "thicker" rope!! DON'T ADVERTISE A ROPE FOR A BRAND OF STOVE IF IT DOES NOT FIT THAT BRAND!!!!

Don’t count on them to help you. Called with a list of questions and capability issues and was talked to like I was an idiot. I spent almost $2k with them and now have multiple fittings that will not work with my installation. Had he spent 10 minutes and answered my questions I could have the correct fittings for my weekend installation. Now I’ll have to spend my Friday looking for what I need locally. We will see how the other products hold up. Shop somewhere else!
