The Studio By Oceanside Glasstile

Working with Sheryl and the team at OGT was a wonderful experience. Although this was only a small home project, I received exceptional, personalized service and I couldn't be happier with the results. I know the picture does not do it justice, but the colors are amazing and we are so happy with the finished product. Looking forward to doing bathroom #2 next!

We had done a full remodel in the desert. We relied on our contractor's subs to install our custom glass backsplash. Unfortunately, he didn't do a good job. We demanded to re-do the whole kitchen! We asked Sheryl if she would refer their best installer, Jason & what a difference! We're very happy customers & we'll use you again for next remodel!

We're building a new pool and have used Sheryl and Oceanside as our tile source for all our tile for the entire spa, a 7-foot-tall waterfall with 2 side bubblers, and waterline and borderline tiles. We used 6 different colored and shaped Oceanside tiles. We also needed some tiles to outline our pizza oven and Sheryl recommended some liner tiles that really elevated the finished pizza oven, making that the 7th different color and shaped tile we used from Oceanside. Sheryl went out of her way to scour the warehouse for workable solutions for some of our tile needs. It was a joy to work with Sheryl

We love OGT and have their beautiful tile in our all our bathrooms and on our fireplace. This year we tiled our remodeled kitchen with OGT's newest line Reign. The wall of tile in Raincloud is absolutely stunning and always met with an "OH WOW!!" when anyone walks in. The Reign tile in Raincloud has made our kitchen a show stopper. Plus, we have always found the staff at OGT to be incredibly helpful with color, design, and installation. Every time we've met with them they have taken our ideas and elevated them to an even more beautiful result. Thank you, OGT!

I love our glass tile. We had a fairly large residential project, which was a fountain and a pool with spa, and the tile is beautiful. Our design rep, Cheryl
was wonderful, she was knowledgeable and easy to to work with. The most difficult part of the process was trying to decide from so many great choices. They had great vides guides we gave to our installers, so everything turned out perfect.

We fell in love with the selection of tile from Oceanside Glass. We eventually settled on a a 2” by 4” clear green glass tile for our pool that we think is just beautiful. Loved working with OG&T and could not be happier with outcome.
I would love to have an excuse to do another project with them.

After going to many tile places we are very pleased with the beautiful tile we found at the Studio by Oceanside Glasstile. Sheryl was very patient, showed us many tiles, and made several samples for us to take home. We got 4 different glass tile patterns for two waterfalls, a spa and waterline for our pool. We got installation and maintenance care from both Sheryl and Tony in the warehouse. They custom formatted our spa tile and Sheryl gave a great recommendation on using a clear film rather than paper backing. The clear film allows the tile setter to more accurately place the tiles, reduce adjustments

Big bummer . I bought some glass tiles for my backsplash. Sheryl was very helpful and gave me a list of tile setters. She told me to hold out for the best one "Grant" I did even though he was more expensive. The tile turned out horrible. Lots of ghosting behind the entire thing. The tile people say it is installer error .... the installer says it is tile error. Here I am stuck with a 4 grand loss. Of course the tile guy has no time to come and fix it. When I called back Sheryl she was no longer nice . She will be great when she is selling not great at all when there is an issue. My designer

Update: The tile came in around 12 weeks and it was made incorrectly. It was supposed to be 1/3 of three different colors and was supposed to be random. It was made 1/2 white and was a pattern. Our installer got his money back and we went with an in stock subway tile.

It is disappointing to see Oceanside is able to respond to a Google review in order to attempt to show customers they want to fix the problem, yet I contacted them by e-mail well before this complaint was ever written and they never responded.

Thought the BBB, they stated the tile was made incorrectly twice, which was the reason

Oceanside glass tile is hands down the best ever, it is the most amazing work of art tile on the market, adding this tile to any project will make the entire project off the chart cool, they are also the most amazing people to deal with and very caring with all your project needs, I give them a million stars, they make life better looking at their beautiful glass!!!

I ran across XS Studio by Oceanside Glasstile on the internet when I was searching for glass tile for my pool. What a great find! They offer clearance specials up to 70% off from the Oceanside Glasstile product lines! I had seen some of these gorgeous tiles at the pool supply showroom, but the prices were far beyond our budget for a pool renovation. I called about some of the tiles I saw on the XS Studio website that were a fraction of the regular price. Terrible service and quality. Ordered 2 types of tiles.the mosaic was great but the 4x4.had manufacturing defect. The surface of the tile wasn't finished right and the surfacewas like 2000 grit sandpaper. If you ran a finger over the tile it would leave a streak. The whole job installed was 20k so this was unacceptable
Our installer and local vdistributor tried numerous things suggested by ocean tile over 7 months and it was putting a bandage on an open wound. I finally said I wasvgoing to sue and the locals agreed to reinstall replacement tile they both told me Oceanside wouldn't

Beautiful tiles and excellent recycle system. But poor employment team system. Wish them luck. Hopefully the company grow better in the future.

What luck to have found the XS Studio. I was looking for Oceanside tiles and just did not have 4-6 weeks in my schedule to wait for delivery so trying to find a solution.

I can not remember when I had such amazing and diligent customer service as provided by Sheryl. She listened well, understood my issues and we came up with a most excellent solution that saved 3 weeks on my schedule and a bit of money too !!!

I have never yelped before.... but this person, Tamara C., at xs studio / oceanside glass tile --(http://www.glasstile.com) is well worth yelping about.! I had used oceanside glass tile previously in my home and love it! Once you have laid eyes on their tiles and designs...nothing else can compare! I wanted to create a fountain wall for my pool, so I set up a phone appointment with Tamara. I explained to her what I was looking for and sent her a few pictures of what I already had so she could get a sense of my style. I came across XS Studios because of a $45 dollars for $200 bucks worth of tiles. I jumped on it since I was planning on remodeling my house anyways. The place isn't too hard to find; it's kind of in the middle of an industrial area. The thing I love and hate about this place is it's by appointment only. It gives it a classier feel to shopping here, but at the same time it could be a nuisance to plan a time you can roll up. I found XS Studio while looking around the website of Oceanside Glasstile (www.glasstile.com) - I had checked out some of Oceanside's products at the Merchandise Mart here and Chicago and had fallen in love with their tile's beautiful colors and patterns. I set up an appointment to visit XS Studio (basically an outlet store for Oceanside) while I was on vacation in Southern California thinking I could see more of their products in person as I was planning my kitchen backsplash design.
I met with Tamara who was unbelievably helpful in making both creative and cost-effective suggestions
