I want to recommend this company for their excellent services. Andrey has been helping me with my pool these past recent years and I have no complaint other than high praise for their top notch services. Not sure what I would do if Andrey and his guys didn't come right away to fix the issues with my pool. Our pool pump died and we needed a booster pump and sweep. Andre send me estimates and we discussed options. I was surprised when he was able to come out the next day. They were able to remove the pool equipment shed that we were removing too. For a fee. They worked all morning on it and finished by 1pm. My only complaint is that they did not clean up after themselves. We highly recommend this company. However, Unlike my previous review, Andre and he helper left pieces of wood, screws and a mess by the pool. They were also told to put all the wood on the side of the house but they left the roof

I reached out and Andrey replied almost immediately. I let him know the quote I got from another place and he beat the quote. We worked out a payment plan and he fixed the pump and cleaned out the pool that week. These guys are amazing with communication. The other company I requested a quote from took forever to get back to me and I had to beg to get a quote. He was quick, reliable, and explained everything as he went. He also referred me to someone who could maintain my pool! Seriously go with these guys. They're amazing!

Best decision of 2021. Glad I went back to Andrey and Clean Pool Pros for the replacement of our pool pumps and pool filter. Andrey helped us last year clean up our pool to crystal clear and answered some questions regarding updating our old pool system. I gave them a call this month and Andrey remembered me as a customer and more importantly, remembered my pool and my equipment perfectly. After sending some pictures of my pump and filter, Andrey offered to come by that day on sat to get measurements and to give a quote.

Andrey is very professional, came and went straight to work by checking the pool water, gave me 2 options whether to treat or drain after letting me know what the waters consistency is, I opted to have them clean it all out. He came back with his team they drained, emptied and cleansed my green pool, cleaned the pool filters, checked the motors. They did a very good job, I highly recommend him, his team, and this company they do a great job.

Great customer service. Took care of my pool, it was green. They got it back to sparkling blue. They also educated me on how to take care of my pool, being a first time home buyer and not knowing anything about pools, they really took the time to answer all my questions and came back to check that the green was fully gone. I will definitely call them again for any of my major future pool needs, as I'll be maintaining my pool myself. I am very happy with their customer service and for their follow up work!
