We switched to Elk Grove Pools after struggling with another company to respond to any of our concerns. Todd has remained dilligent in maintaining the chemicals of our pool. We had one issue, which Todd quickly resolved in a very fair and professional manner. We would definitely use their service again!

Elk Grove Pool Service is, hands down, the most honest and reliable pool company in town. Their communication and service is top of the line. I never have to wonder if they have been by to service my pool and they always take the time to be sure to send reminders of pertinent information and updates on my pool's status. They are easy to work with, easy to communicate with, and take perfect care of my pool and equipment. I would recommend this firm to anyone looking for a high quality pool service company.

Todd goes above & beyond! We bought a house last year w/a pool that needed service quick! I called several people out and felt the most comfortable w/ Todd and his straight forward approach & recommendations. He is honest and knows his stuff, including his limits and then has a great guy to recommend at that point. I always try to use local, small businesses when good ones can be found. Glad we found this great one!!!

I took care of my own pool for the last 12 years. After the last three years of issues with balancing the chemicals and getting algae growth, I decided to hire a pool service. Elk Grove Swimming Services has been the best with taking care of our pool. Todd and his team keep our pool sparkling all year long. We have had other pools services in the past and I won't put any of there names out there but, our pool has never looked this good. These guys deserve 5 stars and I highly recommend there services if you want a worry free swimming pool service.

When we moved to CA 6 years ago we called 5 pool services. As a new pool owner I started with NO experience. Todd (Elk Grove Pools) came out and gave men the full information on maintaining a pool. After all the interviews I picked Todd, knowing that if it didn't work out, I could look for someone else. That was 6 years ago and using Todd was the best and easiest decision I ever made. I have full service, maintenance and chemicals. I have always been happy with Todd. When a part needs replacing he always has the best price and his work can be trusted.

When we moved into our home last year, we knew nothing about owning or maintaining a pool. I searched for pool services online, and when I saw that Elk Grove Pools is a locally owned small business, I called to get an estimate. When Todd came out he was so helpful explaining things and answering all of our questions, all without pressuring us to sign up for service. We did sign up for service, and have been happy ever since. Todd is extremely responsive if an issue comes up with our pool. The price of service is very reasonable and well worth the monthly fee.
