When Vic came to our home, he took his time patiently working with my wife to find exactly what she wanted. Vic had to make calls to see which products were available (due to the pandemic), and made suggestions as we went through the process. It seemed to be taking a lot of Vic’s time, but he never seemed to be in a hurry. We ordered plantation shutters for 5 windows, and vertical blinds for 4 windows and a rear sliding door.
When the verticals came in, Vic came over and installed them. I'm a DIY guy myself, but my earlier binds installs NEVER looked nearly as good as Vic's. That's the difference
