Everything went as promised, the crew doing the installation couldn't have done a better job. I would give them a 5 star rating without hesitation. They beat every other estimate by a landslide and I still got high quality energy efficient windows. 14 windows and they installed in about 2.5 hrs. Great service and cleaned up behind themselves very well.

Our order and installation went better than we expected but within 2 years a window failed and we removed the blinds to find wallpaper and sheetrock damage from the leaking window frame. The replacement was a total disaster and we were left waiting a whole day with no phone call. A second replacement was ordered and finally installed but they claim no responsibility for the wall paper damage. Poor follow thru and bad customer service

Great experience. Troy Freeman (Project Estimator) was very professional in that he explained the process from start to finish. Had 32 nineteen year-old builder grade windows replaced and what a difference in appearance and efficiency. Communication throughout was top notch. MauricioVega and the installation crew were amazing. Very quick and efficient, but did an outstanding job. First time having windows replaced and Window World did not disappoint. Would highly recommend if you need windows.

The 1st appointment was cancelled by them because he said all his people were sick, I'm fine with that. Salesman shows up the next week and I have to ask for the quote because he never sent it. I asked questions about the quote and never get answers, then almost a month later they want to pressure me for a decision and STILL have not answered my questions.

The windows seem to be good quality, but they are just ordering from a manufacturer. The service and communication is awful. We had windows installed March 2021 for the whole house. Two were the incorrect size and were reordered. This was discovered after one window was taken out that it didn't fit. They just put a cardboard and foam to seal it. It was quite a bit of windows and we didn't think it would take too long to get fixed.
The wrong window was sent TWICE after and we are still waiting on the window as of October 2021. They also don't seem to know what happened with other window.

The sales rep that came out (Tyler Reagan) was so helpful! He explained the differences in Window World’s windows and others that are available, so that we felt informed, and comfortable in our decision. When it was time for installation, the team got right to work, and I was blown away how quickly this kind of upgrade can be done to a home! The finished product truly is better than my wife and I imagined it would be. We rearranged furniture in the front room just so the windows would be central to the area, and we can enjoy sitting, chatting, while looking out of our beautiful new windows. We

The guys were very courteous, polite and professional. I love love love the windows! My original windows were wood windows from 1953 and I wanted to keep them. They were careful in the removal, they ask me where I wanted them put and stacked them neatly where I told them to.

Showed up exactly on time. Window work was done quickly and efficiently with about 6 guys on the job. Window is high quality, and the caulking work they did is extremely clean. Very happy with everything overall. They even left way less mess than other contractors I've had over recently.
