They were a bit pricey, but given the warranty and quickness we were sold on, we went for it. They ordered the wrong glass not once, not twice, but three times. The entire project was in disrepair for the better part of a year. We ended up having to have it ripped out and redone again. Now, a year later, we find the bathtub no longer gets hot water because of a pipe that was apparently hammered into place during the renovation. We're having to pay more money to another plumber to fix this (over 2 grand!) and we won't even have the nice tile to put back. We can never get anyone from this

Have been waiting 8 months for a window warranty replacement. No proactive updates. Unable to reach anyone with any information - all contact numbers are call centers that send emails (that apparently never get read). Hideous experience. Their service after the sale is awful. They installed a walk-in jacuzzi tub in December 2019. In October 2021 water started leaking through the door, thus making the tub unusable. I've called them five times in the past month trying to schedule repairs. Only once have I been able to talk to a live person, who forwarded my request to their service department. The other four times I was forced to leave voicemails because no one answered the phone. I have yet to be contacted by anyone in their service department. This is utterly unacceptable service.

Paul was extremely helpful as an interior designer. He helped keep everything cost efficient, with very good ideas for the design. I didn't really know what I was looking for but he made a vision come to life with his ideas. He was very professional. The company offered very competitive prices with a lifetime warranty. I will definitely look forward to working with them on any future projects.

For God's sake - RUN, don't walk - AWAY from these people. They set up an appointment knowing I couldn't be at the appointment as a co-owner. Then had the audacity to tell my sister, with whom I own the home, that they wouldn't take the time to come out to our lake home in East TX unless she guaranteed them she'd approve the job (even though she hadn't seen anything about what they offered. Shysters? Unscrupulous? Yes. Save yourself the pain!

I can't even begin to tell everyone how pleased I am with my new kitchen that was designed and installed by Statewide. The kitchen designer, John, helped me work through how I use my kitchen and what products I might consider. He laid out a new floorplan which moved around my appliances and created a gorgeous pantry. I had a picture in mind of what my kitchen would look like and Statewide exceeded my expectations. The project manager and installers were great to work with. I am so delighted by the outcome. The kitchen wasn't cheap but I didn't want cheap I wanted quality.

We had our bathroom upgraded. took out the tub and put a nice big shower. that was June 2020. tile started separating immediately a few weeks after and we complained. they had some one come out and "fix" it. it was never fixed correctly. I kept (and continue) to call and nothing. I send a second request to "fix" the tile and after two months later, they finally sent someone to come out. but nothing was done. Here we are a year later and our shower is still not "fixed". my dilemma is that I got this big renovation financed and still paying the finance company/making

I called to schedule an estimate. Was asked if my husband would be here, and I said possibly. She gets here, and asks for my husband, and I say he couldn't make it. Our schedules will not allow both of us to be here. No way to schedule without the husband present. The rep said it was because of an unhappy customer. Guess what, they have another "unhappy" customer. I sent her on her way and will take my business elsewhere. That's a crazy crazy policy in 2021. I had cash to pay, but will take my business elsewhere.

Three years ago I contacted Statewide to quote the installation of a walk-in bathtub. A sales guy responded and came out quickly to present their offer. He was a bit on the pushy side for me. After showing me the very nice Kohler tub they wanted to install he encouraged me to sign up. I said yes, since I really could not get out of the old tub easily anymore.
After the sales guy left I took the time to check the paperwork and FOUND HE signed me up for a huge loan and charged me SO MUCH $$$.

I'll start by saying they are overpriced, but we were glamoured by the nice samples and promises of a great warranty. So we overpaid to have a beautiful new shower installed.
But my god, their work was garbage. I mean, just sloppy and bad. They placed cracked tiles. They left a gap between the tile and the ceiling. Caulk and paint all over the window. Shower hot/cold plumbed backwards. Grout wasn't sealed, so now it's falling out in chunks. And the kicker - they drove screws all the way through our exterior wall. But that warranty right?
They won't return our phone calls

They were quick to respond to my inquiry. The sales rep showed up on time to my home. I live in a small home in an average neighborhood . I told the sales rep at the very least I want my bathtub and shower replaced. Without asking me what type of product I wanted to replace them with. He told me it would be around 35k. After that, I thanked him for his time. Don't be fooled by lifetime warranties and other bells and whistles . Make sure you get a few more quotes before you decide.

These guys are so overpriced and I regret having chosen them for a master bath remodel. They tout their lifetime warranty and I've attempted for the last year for them to correct flaws on their installation to no avail. They don't back up their work and I find that frustrating consider what we paid. Also, I can never get a live person for service and they haven't returned my phone calls. Btw, they send in an immigrant workforce and pay them at a fraction of the total cost. All the money goes to top. If I were you, hire the immigrants directly from neighbor referrals and save thousands

Statewide Remodeling came out today to give us an estimate to cover our patio. Information was thorough and there was no pressure to commit. The materials and work shown were of excellent quality. Incentives were generous and pricing seemed fair. Appreciate a straight-forward and transparent company.

The original interaction with statewide was good, but the job itself was not.
The guy doing our job used my countertops as a straight edge for tile cuts, getting sharpie on my countertops
Also, the sharpie he was using messed up on him while he was working and got all over my carpet, and the stains won't come out. Now, I have to have new carpet installed.
He also washed his hands in our second bathroom gettin sharpie on our towels.
We had to be there most days they were working due to him not understand what needed to be done.

We had Sherry in our home and she was an absolute delight! She hung in there with us as my 2 children under two ran amuck. She was so knowledgeable, kind, warm and understanding. She worked so hard to get us the best price possible! We weren't able to commit to our bathroom remodel just yet. But when we do, know that Sherry and Statewide are going to be our first call. Saw them in Sams club and was really excited about enclosing my back patio. The young man did an excellent job of presenting his product. But I am a reviews person and I do research.. so as the sales person is speaking I pulled up the reviews on yelp. Quite a few of the reviews were spot on about the enormous price, mind you I just wanted to enclose my patio that already had a ceiling already had pillars... 27,500 to do that.. plus 3000 down. I am just over the moon with my bathroom remodel! We have been waiting so long to have this project completed and are ecstatic that we can now enjoy. The installers were respectful and kept the work space pretty tidy considering all the construction going on. We are hoping that we can tackle our upstairs bathroom next!
