I’ve been renting from Storage Lion for over a year. The old owners were GREAT. But the new ownership is not good. They recently raised my storage rates by $300/year and told me not even a month before. There’s sand all over the parking lot, the lawn maintenance isn’t good, and the customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. And they charged me a late fee when they charged the wrong card on file. I have 2 cards on file and they didn’t bother charging the new one I put on there last time. Not a good look for any business who just lost a long term customer

The customer service is absolutely winning in the process of getting a storage. . Prices are slightly higher than the rest around, but, its worth every penny because this place play no games with customers and keep you well-informed if something is ever out of the norm.
When you move in, the promotion is that you will get a free storage lock with keys. Which is an excellent perk! I simply can go on and on about Storage Lion

My wife and I rented a small unit when we put our house on the market to clear out some clutter and thought the prices were great. The facilities were clean, secure and easy to use. We ran into some issues with our builder a few months later when our house was about to sell, and ended up having to get a larger unit immediately.
