From the materials, tools, and equipment we use as well as constantly train our team for the best up-to-date knowledge of all things hardwood. In most cases they can stay on, we have the most up to date equipment on the market today. It was designed for this purpose. Touch-ups are sometimes required if dark stains are used. Typically refinishing an existing floor is a third of the cost of a new floor. So your existing floor has a lot of value.

We used SEC Services to remove old carpet to uncover original hardwood floors in our almost 100 year old house. Jeff and his team did an amazing job refinishing all of the hardwood floors as well as replacing trim throughout the house and redoing our staircase. They made sure we were absolutely happy with the job before leaving. We plan to use them again in the future.

I would like to say that Jeff is a great carpenter. Honestly 100% satisfied with his workmanship and professionalism. If you have a job and you need someone to trust in, to get the job done, right, on time, and clean then Hire SEC service. Jeff's experience and politeness makes him easy to talk to and easy to understand when he is explaining what he is doing. 100% worth every penny. My project was a subfloor repair that needed additional support added, yes there was a change order, but I have never felt so relaxed about it because when the additional repairs where spotted I was texted pictures

Jeff is a great carpenter. I had a big sub floor issue and Jeff knocked it out. He explained everything that he had to do additionally and I was 100% on the same page with him. I need a safe floor and Jeff provided me a safe floor in a timely fashion. 100% will use SEC service again. You don't to many honest contractors but SEC is honest. You did such a good job. Thank you so much for your hard work and your craftsmanship.

I had SEC services do a refinish of my old hardwood floor. My house was built in 1950 and and the wood had been under a carpet for many years. The removal of the carpet revealed a lot of stains and imperfections. The consultation was very thorough and the finished product turned out even better than I imagined it would have. Jeff’s attention to detail and care for the finished product made my floor look brand new.

Jeff and Wayne were amazing to work with! They work very hard and get the job done right. Responded within hours after my email to him (other places didn't even call back!) Came on time, and even laid out several stain samples right on our floors for us to view! I leaned on Jeff's many talents to help me with a small powder room install, and he went above and beyond for us, including some chair rail he cut and nailed in place. Floors came out perfect, and we couldn't be more happy with our new look! Thanks SEC Services!
