I purchased a $1400 cannon. After a mere 3 months (note that the website says "for indoor and outdoor use"), the paint is peeling.
I contacted customer service, and was told to get some acrylic paint and touch it up, then coat it with urethane.
Seriously?! $1400 and it's poor quality.
At no point during my initial conversation with the sales agent was I told the cannon was not meant for outdoor use. (Who has a cannon inside their home??) And at no point was I told I needed to coat it with urethane.
But it's now my responsibility to sand off the cracked/peeling paint, purchase paint and urethane

Scam alert ! Damaged goods for luxury prices! I tried to give this company the opportunity to make this right big mistake. I have an unusual configuration for my bathroom so when I saw the company photos and luxury description I thought perfect. After a week of my card being charged and no word , or email I called to find out the status of my bathroom set. I was told everything is in stock and will be getting a shipping notice soon. Order received 10 days later, but with the wrong not advertised sink it didn’t fit. Also not sure about the wood either having a 3rd party confirm, supposedly a hardwood

The interior gallery has a wide variety of statues that look absolutely amazing. I have just opened my very own seafood restaurant and I was looking for some statues to help incorporate my “under the sea” theme. The interior Gallery has a huge selection of different fish, pirates and sea life! They have almost any statue you can think of! I purchased the black beard pirate statue and the Caribbean pirate statue and I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. Both statues are amazing quality and are extremely durable. Monte Carlo Toilet Review: Amazing design...INFERIOR quality for such an expensive toilet. Toilet was deemed as warehouse tested and passed inspection for no leaks yet when installed by a professional there were SEVERAL hairline fractures, and the toilet leaked water onto the floor from a COUPLE of places every time it was flushed making it unusable. Customer Service was argumentatively defensive about their testing methods INSTEAD OF helping to provide a solution, even though proof was provided the toilet was leaking due to manufacturing defects. The hardware for the flushing device is very flimsy

I’m from Michigan and looking for a bathroom vanity; I thought I may have found one on EBay. I looked for locations and found the only location was located in Carrollton Texas, and they had a “showroom”. Well, I recently had traveled to Texas to visit family and I figured while I was in Texas I could go there. So I had made arrangements with family to visit the “showroom” prior to me visiting. I purchased a large turtle sculpture as a memorial for my mom who passed last summer. Unfortunately, we won't be setting it up at the cemetery after all.
I called customer service regarding the return policy.
- Unfortunately, due to the Covid19 situation, I missed the return window by 11 days. I asked if they would be willing to extend the window due to the extenuating circumstances.
Judith emailed me regarding my request and followed up with a phone call that same evening. She was very understanding and approved an extension on the return window.
I can not express my appreciation enough.

Fantastic store with a beautiful and unique selection of items! So happy to find a furniture store with very gorgeous and special designs! I ordered a White leather Queen High-back chair with crystals and honestly I couldn’t be happier. It pairs very well with any one of my furniture sets! I am in love with how sophisticated and elegant this chair looks and feels. The quality of this chair is out of this world! I only wish I could have found this sooner!

I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the products I purchased from The Interior Gallery. I just bought a new home and I purchased two baroque throne chairs in red velvet with a gold frame for a little breakfast nook in my master bedroom. This is my all time favorite place to but my vanities and home furnishings. They always deliver and package 110% of their efforts all the time and every time. I am a regular customer and I have just been overjoyed with the happiness that these people have given me. Right from the start Mary always knows what to say and she always knows what I am looking for. I've bought multiple stunning high back chairs and I've always gotten compliments. I have never recieved anything but the best from this place. Their prices are so low compared to the quality that is given. I also bought multiple bathtubs.
