Orlando has done several jobs for me over the last 3 years and I am never disappointed. His crew has been with him for decades and are super efficient, always on time and clean up everyday before they leave. I had to completely remodel my Airbnb and Orlando helped me pick out flooring, paint colors and I left it to him to remodel the bathroom they way he would like. Every Airbnb review remarks about the beautiful bathroom and awesome shower. Airbnb even called me and said that I should be charging $10 more per day. Was not happy with the service and follow up of the Bath Trends staff and management. We have called and i have gone to the location 4 times trying to arrange a refund for the shower door and install that was not performed. Was told each time that the office mgr or owner would call and arrange the refund. It has been over 1 year and still no resolution.

I have purchased several times from bath trends. They have very affordable products and of high quality. The only complaint is that that they called me months after a purchase to say I didn't pay for floor sample because they couldn't find an invoice and that I had to find my receipt to prove I paid. What like 3 months later. Not cool.I paid.

I have only great things to say about Bath Trends! Communication was good and install was perfect! This new shower enclosure makes all the difference in my master bathroom. The 2 men that came in where very polite and professional at all times and where able to finish the install in a matter of hours , which was great! I will definitely use Bath Trends again in the future !

They help you design your bathroom and pick what goes with it with measurement and all. Staff is very helpful, the contractor friendly and very professional. My husband and I recently purchased a house in Boca Raton and wanted to renovate the master bathroom. After some research we went to Bath Trends in Ft Lauderdale. What a great place! Not only was the merchandise beautiful, it was reasonable. We used them to do the bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results. Beautiful vanities, showroom is bright with great selection. They are quick to write up your order and take full payment. They promised delivery in two weeks, it took eight. We ordered vanities for our master bath and a powder room. We ordered a 36" vanity for the small room, they delivered a 48" and insisted that is what we ordered even though the person we gave the order to admitted to me that she remembered we ordered the 36". I was told that they would pick up the wrong piece on Friday and bring the correct piece on Monday. I called Monday and was told it would be delivered on

Had the worst in client services when visiting this store this afternoon. We had driven out Friday also to visit and they were closed after the Thanksgiving. Holiday. We wanted a vanity and were referred by a local tile store. So we came back Saturday ....
