Highly recommended! Recently had a problem with a new Browning safe from Cabelas not opening. Rather than deal with a major return at a big box store I called Urban Lockwerx and not only did they resolve the problem (which was related to the construction of the safe) they submitted a warranty claim for me to the actual manufacturer. Friendly, Timely, Professional, and competent! Wouldn't consider anyone else!

We had a very positive experience with this company. From the immediate answering of our call, to knowing exactly where we were located without having to give an exact address, our locksmith was courteous and professional. He was able to manipulate the keyhole to open our door instead of tearing up the window edging and sticking in tools like I’ve seen used before. They took credit and debit cards, which was convenient since I never carry more than $20 in cash. Thank you for making a stressful situation manageable.

I unfortunately locked my keys in my car right before a final exam. After calling around I found Urban Lockwerx. They were the most personable and professional locksmith company I talked with. Very pleased with the service we received for re-keying our new home. They were very knowledgeable and willing to answer my additional questions about types of locks. I go to urban with all of my locksmithing needs. I've had multiple rental properties re-keyed, and I've used them on my personal home as well. They are highly processional, and do an excellent (and fast!) job. I've also had multiple locksets installed, as well as new entry handles etc, all with the same level of workmanship. We were in need of a licensed, certified locksmith at our office. We contacted Chris at Urban Lockwerx to come out to our office during regular business hours to update our locks and to ensure we met all safety codes and laws. He rekeyed 3 door handle locks, 3 dead bolts, and replaced one keyed deadbolt with a thumb turn lock to meet safety code standards.
