Sustainability Report

Healthy home, healthy lifestyle. Each home is located within walking distance to major pedestrian streets, transit terminals, and dense, diverse infrastructure. You've never experienced comfort like this. With an airtight envelope, thorough insulation, and protection from the elements, these homes maintain consistent, high-quality air temperature year round.

Built Green Report

The Built Green certification program was developed to establish environmental standards for construction materials, energy efficiency, water use and indoor air quality. The voluntary program requires builders to follow a specific set of criteria to attain a Built Green rating ranging from 3-Star, 4-Star, 5-Star or Emerald Star.

It is rare to see someone totally committed to being an environmental steward, and do the walking as well as the talking. Dwell's owners, and construction managers have been great to work with, especially given they do a lot of cutting edge stuff, usually folks get frazzled.
