I left a message for Ronnie not knowing what to expect. We really weren't sure we had a septic problem but we were worried that a light was on in our septic box. He called back right away (on a Sunday) and walked me through everything on the phone. No need for him to come out and solved our problem at no cost. High respect for him.

First time needing a septic inspection. Contacted another company which was very rude so searched Yelp for reviews. First Call had great reviews so gave them a call. From my initial call for an appointment until the end it was a great experience! Setting up the appointment, up front pricing, being honest, to the inspection/pumping was really easy and smooth. The technician called on his way like requested, inspected the tank, was honest and polite. Even though I didn't need to pump the tank, I requested it at the appointment giving me a fresh start. John was really honest, fast and clean.

We couldn't be more pleased with First Call Septic. Chris came out originally and was ready to do the inspection but unfortunately our concrete pathway covered the inspection cover so he had to come back a few days later to cut away the concrete to complete the inspection. The tank was pumped out a couple days later by John. Everyone at First Call was friendly, professional and extremely proficient at their jobs! And Iris was great to work with as well! Ronnie and the team of First Call Septic are wonderful and I highly recommend them! We learned just after Christmas that the line from our house to our septic tank had come ajar, and that waste water wasn't making it into the tank. Ronnie's team was able to diagnose the situation the next day, and came back the following day to excavate around the tank and line to make the needed repairs -- in just one hour! This is the second time I've used First Call Septic. I have nothing but glowing things to say! The first time was a few months ago when my septic came due for inspection. The original owners of my home used them, so I called them up. The person on the other end was professional and set a great tone for the business. Ronnie came out at the agreed upon time. So I wrote down the number on the van (this ad on van worked), and I called the next day; spoke with Iris, she helped me to understand better of the septic tank. This was a referral from the company that installed our septic system, a few years back. I called for an inspection and it was great and well priced. Super thorough, well explained and even came with a video! I was nervous to have a company come out because I didn't want to get taken advantage of (in regards to paying more for services and/or parts) ect ..the inspection was explained in detail and all my questions answered. PLUS, I could see what he was talking about afterwards with the short video. I will definitely be using them when I have my septic pumped.

Well, I am not surprised at all the 5-star reviews for First Call Septic! I came over here to Yelp to leave my kudos as to not just the great septic tank service, but for Ronnie as a just plain good guy! We first had the company out about six years ago, and I so enjoyed speaking with Ronnie and learning interesting things about septic tanks (who knew?!) that I knew we wouldn't go with another company when we could first call First Call. :-)

These guys are GREAT!! Woke up to sewage oozing from downstairs toilet and shower due to a pump failure and a cascade of unfortunate events. Found First Call on Yelp, and reviews are spot on. After very thorough research into septic tank services in the greater Vancouver area, I decided to give First Call a try. I was not disappointed!

First, they follow up like no company I've ever dealt with. Iris gave me calls to confirm, gave me a range in which my serviceman would arrive, and even called again to follow up after our service! Wow, who does that any more?
