Our springs broke and Steve came out and fixed them the next day. He was friendly and educated me on different garage door parts and told me what might go next but they were still okay and not to replace them yet. I always love when people are ready to educate you on whatever item it happens to be so your not just blind to everything. Steve did that. Thanks Rite-away!!

This process was super easy, talked on the phone several times and each time addressed my questions professionally. Gave lots of supplemental information on doors choices and options. Beat the competition in every way from quality to service.
My only advice was that they had more information on the doors they installed. Have links to the sites they install for snapshots of quality and options.

Had an issue with my RV gate. Hinges came loose making it very difficult to open & close the door & a couple other issues. Very good communication with the owner. I sent him pictures of my gate & he called me right away & explained everything in detail. Very reasonable price. They were able to get the job done sooner than I expected. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Quick service, honest and local, can't go wrong with these guys. We called to get our garage fixed and our gate replaced, they fixed the garage same day and gave us an upfront quote with no smoke and mirrors for our gate. Response was fast to my initial call and true to their name they came the same day to size up my situation, offered a reasonable cost and arrived promptly as arranged to install, worked efficiently (obviously very experienced and were done in an hour.
