It was such a pleasure to work with One Source Contracting. One Source has been my contractor of choice since they completed my 4 level, historic rehab in Baltimore City in 2010. Not only did they install an amazing kitchen and 2 awesome baths, they came up with creative solutions for the unusual spaces and obstacles involved with a complicated rehab project.
Since 2010, I've had One Source come back into my home to complete additional projects to include door upgrades and a raised deck on the patio.

We have used One Source repeatedly over the past 5 years since our move to Maryland. They've redone our kitchen, finished the basement, built a deck and and remodeled many other areas of our home. We like their positive attitude, and attention to detail. They like being creative in their solutions and were the only people game enough to tackle our under-deck storage shed, which turned out fantastic! Their can-do attitude always gave me confidence that no matter what unexpected things turned up during the project we would end up with a satisfactory solution. I would highly recommend them.

Creative, honorable and hard working. Having to find all three of those characteristics in a company (let alone a contractor) is quite difficult. When it came time to relocate my company to a larger space, I did a great deal of interviewing and research of contracting companies because I wanted the project done to perfection. One Source Contracting came with an impeccable reputation and, upon hiring them, didn't disappoint. If you have an idea, they'll make it better. If you have a deadline, they will work overtime if necessary to honor their word. Lastly, they aren't done until you're completely

I hired One Source to inspect a number of complicated jobs around my historic home and was extremely pleased with the level of attention Todd paid to the details of each job and the easy time I had communicating with him. Working with One Source Contracting was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The estimate for the work was reasonable and communicating about the time frame and hours the workers would be at my house was equally good. I have been around home construction for several years and this has been the most pleasant interaction. The quality of the work is incredible and I'm very happy with how it has turned out. I recently discovered water damage to my house and I called a few contractors to have them come out and look. Two of the contractors told me I needed a new roof, Todd at One Source came out and told me my roof was fine for a good long time still and that the issue was something else. Right away you could tell he knew what he was talking about and that he wasn't trying to exaggerate what needed to be done. I had them fix the source of the water damage so that it would not happen again, fix the actual damage, and on top of that they repaired a section of fence that was destroyed by a downed

We have had several jobs completed by one source. The team is professional, flexible and capable. We are extremely pleased with our results. Our house has undergone a screen porch addition and a front courtyard conversion most recently. They met a tight deadline and were always willing to come back for anything we needed.
