I Contacted J W Brown Construction to see if I could have a estimate done for some patio pavers. Jerome was able come out that evening to consult about completing the project. It took Jerome a week to provide the estimate ( I actually had to reach out concerning the estimate and he finally sent it. We received two other estimates from other companies which were lower in cost but decided that because this was BOB was would give them our business. I reached out on 5/18 and advised that we would like to proceed, it took him two days to respond. We then exchanged several emails and he stated that “he
