We'll come to your property at your convenience and inspect your home, conferring with you as we go. Meet with all three parties. Gopher Roofing & Remodeling and your insurance company will arrange a time to visit your property and do an assessment together. Follow up with your insurance company. Your insurance adjuster will submit a report to the insurance company; the company will respond with the amount of damage they are willing to pay for.

This company is very accommodating and knowledable of the roofing business. Jason worked with my insurance company to get the value of what the roof was worth and also came and met with the adjuster to make sure he saw the damage and got the new roof approved. I didn't have to do anything with my insurance company. They were honest and upfront with us from the beginning to end of project. Will recommend this company to anyone. Gopher roofing installed a great roof for me in 2011. Quality price and quality product/install. Equally important, they went above and beyond for us five years later, really making us feel valued as customers. We needed them to come out and look at a potential issue with our roof that was brought up by a home buyers inspector. The issue didn't seem substantiated at all, but Jason was nice enough to come out, inspect the roof, and verify that the original installation was correct, and that the inspectors claim was not accurate.
