Our expertise includes interior and exterior renovations, remodeling, building additions, and the construction of new buildings from the ground up.
Projects at schools and other education sites require careful planning: scheduling around seasonal breaks in the academic calendar or, if working when students are on campus, taking additional safety and noise precautions. Throughout the construction process, we are respectful and attentive to owner requirements and complete our quality projects safely, on budget, and on time.
Flannery Construction is sensitive to the unique needs and budget considerations of healthcare institutions and social service agencies. From integrating sensitive medical equipment to navigating high-tech security systems, healthcare construction projects require a nuanced approach to meet their building standards.

We used Flannery Construction for our church capital campaign at Gustavus Adolophus Lutheran Church in Northeast Minneapolis. Flannery met deadlines, but they were also willing to accommodate our schedule and any issues that arose during the project. They were easy to work with and they were willing to problem solve with us. They worked with us to deliver a quality product while still respecting our budget constraints. They met with us numerous times and dealing with a church committee that is impressive. We had a very positive experience. The end result is great and was at budget.

We have used Flannery Const. several times over the years. Most recently they remodeled a kitchen in an apartment unit for our non-profit organization. All details were laid out up front, they offered suggestion while listening to our desires and stayed on the timeline. Flannery did a great job and I would use them again.

We contracted Flannery to perform a large renovation on our fraternity house during the summer of 2016. We were very satisfied with the final results; the house looks beautiful! What impressed me the most was their follow up and commitment to making things right. Whether it was a small issue that needed correction or something that was damaged by the residents (after the project was completed), our project manager Matt was very responsive and made sure all our needs were met in a timely fashion!

We contracted with Flannery Construction in December 2016 to do a build out in our office space. We had a pretty tight turnaround and they exceeded our timeline expectations. The supervisory team was thoughtful, responsive, and professional. The build out team worked hard to work around our work schedules to be as least disruptive as possible, and did great work. And best of all, the final work was well done. I would recommend Flannery to anyone.

In a professional capacity, I have worked with Flannery Construction over many years on many different projects for different clients. They are very professional and easy to work with, and their pricing has consistently been very reasonable. The quality of their work has been very good to excellent. Flannery Construction is the exclusive contractor for the homeowners association that I live in.

Very Poor construction Company. They built our Town home community in the Mid 2000's in Saint Paul. the quality of the materials and the overall workmanship is very unimpressive. They originally painted our decks which were made with treated wood. they had to remove these decks and start over as paint doesn't work with treated wood. I still have some painted wood they just decided to cover over with more wood. after 7 years most of our decks are falling into disarray as they never did seal the wood like they were supposed to do. Now we are forced to raise dues to pay for all the work they didn
