Dennis was very nice. He explained everything he was finding and doing in detail throughout the entire job. He was in an out of my house is a very short amount of time. My mother is on 24/7 oxygen. I called Polar Air Inc. Because the the air had stop cooling. It was causing her breathing issues. I called at 10:45Am. The specialist, Mr.Adams returned my call within 20mins to inform me that, he was headed my way. Mr. Adams and his assistant had everything under control within 10-15 minutes. Total time from the original call was, less than 1 hour. I call THAT!! The Best Service Ever!! The cost was more than reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.
