Dealerships. They like to upsell you to the ends of the earth when trying to service your car. This dealership is no different (but who cares, it’s a dealership). I took my vehicle here thinking I had a software issue (hence why I didn’t just take it to my mechanic). At first the service consultant tried to sell me on hours of extra service (but that’s his job), I talked to the service technician and he advised me to take my car to the mechanic since he couldn’t justify having me spend $1500+ just diagnosing the issue.

Just purchased a new Q50 here this past Saturday and I can’t describe how happy I am that I visited this dealership! I was greeted by Ryan who assisted me throughout the entire process. Superb costumer service, was helped out by a nice woman named Xochitl. Would recommend coming here for your car service needs. Be it, general car service, or purchasing/leasing a vehicle. I got a better price here than I did at any of the locally owned garages around where I lived for what I needed done, and was graciously helped when looking at new vehicles. No pressure environment.

Although i ended up not buying a vehicle because of my bad credit, the experience was still very great. The young man helping me , Cesar, went above and beyond to try and help me walk out with a car and I appreciate his effort. Along with the sincere sense of appreciation that i got from the staff i must also acknowledge how welcomed the staff makes you feel once you are inside the establishment. I look forward to returning here when i am ready and next time i will not be walking out without a new car !
