Thank you to the Baha auto team and especially mason, if you need a car come shop with these guys. I had a great experience as a first time buyer with them. Even after I brought the car home i had minor issues and Mason took initiative and fixed the problem no questions asked.These people take care of you. We purchased a vehicle from them in March and the financing included a previous loan. they waited a month and a half to pay that loan and it screwed up my credit and they won't talk to me about it or give me any explanation to what happened. they were very rude on the phone and they have no idea what they're doing. I would never ever buy another vehicle from them again and I'm gonna tell everyone I know about it. I had read the good reviews and went out on a wing and a prayer and bought a cash car here. I wanted to see if having a car in the city would be too much of a hassle.
Hours after getting it off the lot, the check engine light came on. A run to the parts store said it was a sensor.
Knowing this was a cash car, I assumed some maintenance would come along. A trip to a good mechanic and over $700 later, the rusted fuel line was replaced.
A couple of days after this a transmission/drive train issue began presenting itself, causing the vehicle to smoke from a transmission fluid leak. Seeing the car was

Drove in from out of state to buy a vehicle. It was clean and ready and waiting for us when arrived. Manager texted us many times to answer questions beforehand and took car to get it aligned for us before we showed up. The dealer was low pressure and gave us a fair trade. Carfax, Equifax and auction papers were printed and openly shared. The transaction went very smoothly- better than many new dealers I've dealt with.
Once we get the paperwork in the mail- this will be a five star! Been two weeks since the purchase.

I Purchased a 2010 Volkswagen CC 3 years ago. The Carfax that was given to me stated front impact reported a few years back. "no air bags deployed" according to the carfax and the sales man Ray. Ray claimed "Minor bumper repair". After purchasing the car and driving it for a year or so we decided to trade it in for something bigger. All the poor reviews are true. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Accent in 2016 and have had nothing but problems with it. I found out at a Hyundai dealership that the car had been in an accident before and had transmission damage. When I called and made an appointment to talk to the owner and have my car looked at, with the promise of a rental car, I came in and the owner wasn't even there and I was told a rental car was not gonna happen. For the love of God, AVOID this place at ALL costs! I bought a car from here in June of 2014 and have had nothing but problems with it. I had to change the tires almost immediately ($500), it needed all new wheel bearings ($1700), I have had to get a new battery 4 times in less than 2 years ($800+), the electric in the car is all kinds of messed up and I have found multiple spots with body damage that they tried to cover up. Keep in mind as well, this car is a 2010 Maxima, it's not old! I will admit, it's my fault for not doing my research on this scam of a place and for allowing them

The dealer was great. I enjoy speaking to them. However, if you plan to purchase the vehicle. I recommend you get your own transport company. The transport company gave me a round around where they are at and "car issue" 4 hours away from the delivery point. The car I purchase had 2 coin size dent them.
However, Baha Auto continued to be prompt with their services. They faxed the paper work required to get my my plates and registration within minutes to the auto licensing office.

The sneaky car salesman everyone warns you about is probably working at Baha. They rush you through the process in the hopes that you do not see what's physically wrong with the car and also quickly run through the paperwork without breaking down anything to get a few extra hundred dollars from you. I immediately regretted purchasing a vehicle from them. DO NOT BUY from this dealership.

People who ever is reading this review, be careful when buying or financing a car from this dealership, most of their cars are either have salvage titles, junk titles or accident with airbag deployment. Please when buying a car from ask them to pull out the car's history report that you're buying either from "Carfax" or "AutoCheck" don't let them print it out ask them to show it immediately on their computer. Previous negative reviews are correct. I got a shady vibe from the moment I walked in. I called to see if they had the car I wanted in stock. They said yes I showed up half an hour later and they said they had just sold it. The car had been online for over a week and they sold it the day I had showed and "just recently" moved it to a different lot. They said they had other cars like it that I could see. They either pulled a bait and switch or will lie to anyone to get them to come by.

I'm also surprised at the bad reviews for this place. I went to see a used car that was already reasonably priced & they were willing to negotiate on price & gave me a great interest rate for financing. They were also very friendly & professional. My only complaint is they didn't put much gas in the car & I didn't know how to read the panel (my fault) so I ran out of gas on the way to work the next day. If you're looking for red carpet treatment & a luxury car, probably not the place for you, but IMO driving a car like that in the city is dumb bc it&apos

It's been less than 24 hours since I bought my car and I already regret it. There are dealers that care about their reputation and make sure they give away cars that won't need any work. This dealer is not one of them. I bought a 2012 car which is "within warranty" as the dealer assured me it was. Took it for a test drive; no problems. The next morning right after I pull into a highway, the clutch suddenly slips to the back and gets stuck there. Almost gets me killed. I managed to pull over and see what's wrong. A flimsy rubber that should keep it in place is disengaged
