Single women BEWARE!!!! Berman Nissan will take advantage of you and rip you off. I went to Berman Nissan to purchase a vehicle on 7/31. I already had a pre approval for a 2020 Nissan Sentra. When I gave the salesman my pre-approval papers, he quickly talked me out of wanting the vehicle. He told me that the vehicle that I had approved financing for was a salvage vehicle with a rebuilt frame. Because I obviously didn't want a salvage vehicle, I allowed him to sell me a 2019 Nissan for more money than the initial deal. The other car was subsequently sold to another buyer. If I could give a zero, I would. Nissan Berman knowingly sold me a salvage vehicle with an open recall- PM971. They recall was placed 3/16/21, and I was sold the vehicle on 7/31. Already feeling mistreated, I scheduled service at Nissan Berman, to get the recall taken care of, 6 different times since September (9/17, 9/25, 12/10, 12/16, 12/20, 12/28). Each time, including today 12/31 when I arrived at 7 am, they waited for me to get there only to say the parts for the recall (a malfunctioning brake light) were not in. To add insult to injury, Emir Martinez, my 'Service Consultant' was unavailable
