Awesome service and great crew of employees! I highly recommend them! And I don't usually give 5 stars or write rave reviews, but they earned it! I had an emergency with our 5th wheel trailer, in that the black water (septic) was full and all u could smell inside or out was a definite lack of fresh air! Not only did they give me prompt, friendly and clean service but they did so out of human kindness! They don't usually pump or clean rvs but they saw my need and didn't hesitate to help ON A WEEKEND EVEN! The price was next to nothing and Jason made sure all my tanks were properly emptied & washed

We returned from a 3 week vacation to find our pipes backed up and were in desperate need to have our septic tank pumped immediately. We called several septic companies only to find that they were booked up for the next few days. That is a long time to go without flushing a toilet or running a faucet! The lovely woman at Carnett was able to move things around on their schedule to work us in the following morning. My husband and I have never been more grateful! Thank you Carnett!

Our septic system started to overflow the day after Christmas, shortly before family was coming over. I called Carnett Septic and as luck would have it, they were heading out and could stop by our house on the way. 20 minutes or so later they arrived, and Ned was able to fish out the now-hidden septic cover and find the filter. Very nice folks, and reasonable prices. This was an exceptionally pleasant experience, quickly resolved.

Called today prior to 8 am left a message. Received super quick call back within 30 mins from the owners son. He told me he could work our home into schedule in the afternoon SAME DAY which was great because sewer backing up into our home isn't my favorite sceanrio. He came out after calling to say he was on the way earlier than expected :) Was friendly and professional, got the job done :) we would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys-- Gene & Alyssa E.
