Zero stars wasn't an option. Annette is a HORRIBLE person who has no right answer the business phones. I know the difference between someone laughing with me and AT me. It's completely normal to defend your wife, Mike. But wrong is wrong and it will eventually cost you many costumers if it continues. Iknow I wasn't the 1st nor the last. No loss to me...we had your competition drain the tank and install risers. Your loss.

We have been displaced by the Caldor Fire and are in our RV in the Walmart parking lot in Placerville. Our septic tank in the RV was full and couldn't flush anymore waste. I called Sweet Septic and they came to our rescue! Thank you so much. We've used your service for years in our home septic, and God willing, we can continue.

Completely unprofessional and deceiving. We had them come out and do an inspection on a home we are purchasing last month, we have photos of the exposed lid before they came out and right after they came (dated and time stamped). The before picture has no break in the lid and the after picture has a huge crack in the lid. The tech had kicked dirt over it to conceal it!! When we called to let them know they completely refused to come look at it and replace the lid. The owner was heard in the background saying “fuck no we are not doing that”. Unbelievable.

Travis was the best. Solve my problem and was incredibly professional. This company gave me a quote to To pump my septic tank as well as needing to use a jet pump to get rid of the potty wipes that were clogging my tank. Upon Travis‘s arrival and assessment he said he’d work the problem before having to use the pump and he was 100% right. No need for the pump and no additional charge and he even service the filter. He even fished out an inspection cap that was knocked in the liquid side that a previous company who came to my home the day before (refused to do this job!!) and just left my home

My husband and I both called because this was the company who pumped our septic tank when we bought our house during the inspection period. We had a couple of questions and instead of listening to our concerns, we were made to feel dumb and treated in a very condescending and rude manner by the woman who answered the phone. Please consider having someone else answer the phone who will actually give the impression that they want to be helpful.

They were hired to inspect our septic system and neglected to do the full job. Their tech came out and only uncovered one lid (all lids need to be uncovered for an inspection) and when they were called to ask why they didn't do all for lids, they lied and said they inspected all 4, and when I showed them that was obviously not true, they lied again to say that part of my system was under concrete. Then the lady got very mad when I asked them to do the job I had paid for and hung up. After calling A.C Septic, another local company, they came out and explained why the tech wouldn't do all 4 (they

If I could give more than five stars I would. We had an emergency septic situation and called Sweet Septic. Earlier in the day I had a different company come out and they couldn't resolve the problem. Well, Dennis with Sweet Septic knew exactly how to repair the somewhat complex problem. He explained everything really well and was very professional. I was surprised at how inexpensive it was. I will never call anyone else! Truly a lifesaver!! Thanks you Sweet Septic for being there for me in my time of need.

Had our septic tank back up last night. Called and left a message for Sweet Septic asking for help asap. Owner. Mike Fly called me at 730 am, and he himself came out at 10am. Everything is back to normal. If you need to know who to call for something like this, need a recommendation? Call Sweet Septic. 5 stars, I would give 10 if I could! Thank you Mike!!

Septic is old and in a place that’s tight but accessible. Called for their service after using them once, then receptionist kept telling us what we “needed to do” to get them back out. Scheduled us when we were out of town and didn’t show. Said it must have been a miscommunication. I hate leaving bad reviews but after talking to her she literally kept arguing and said your welcome to call our competition. Wow, okay instead of listening and understanding the customer you turn away because you want to argue, got it. Good luck. Called their competitor scheduled us right away took 2 minutes

Travis at Sweet Septic showed up and showed off. This guy is amazing. I needed an inspection on a septic system prior to a real estate sale and the access for the inspection was challenging at best. Travis never batted any eye and with his relentless determination and amazing skills, he got-er-done. Nothing short of amazing, as I said. Thanks Travis!!

I called Sweet Septic in hopes they could find our septic tank cause we had done everything we could to find it on our own and needed a transmitter as a final solution. I spoke with Mike and he did an incredible job working with me on account of his very busy schedule and was able to work out a time to help. Travis showed up and was just as customer focused as Mike, quickly solving our problem and making our lives that much easier. A BIIIIG Thank You to Sweet Septic for their amazing customer service, patience & knowledge. Highly recommended!

Yesterday we experienced a possible septic emergency and immediately called Sweet Septic for advice. After hearing about our situation, the customer service representative scheduled an appointment for today. She even moved the schedule around so that we could be seen first just in case we needed more than anticipated. The service technician, Travis, arrived right on time and immediately got to work (we dug out the dirt above the access hatch which helped the overall process). It turned out to be a relatively simple job - just needed to pump out the tank - which he did quickly and efficiently.

We had a problem with our septic system. Our house is just 2 years old, it seems too soon to have septic issues. For the last week the toilets sounded funny and echoed in the sinks when they were flushed. Today the waste water started coming up in the shower.
I read reviews here and called Sweet Septic in Placerville.
I spoke to Annette, and she was amazing. After listening to our symptoms she recommended we open the tank and clean the filter in the secondary tank. We didn't know there was a filter, or that we should clean it yearly.
We cleaned the filter, which didn't fix our problem

Travis came out to pump my septic tank today and I was pleasantly surprised with his interpersonal skills and enthusiasm to share his knowledge about the systems.

I am a long-time local, and knew of Bud Sweet's reputation. Unfortunately he has sold his business to a rude and disreputable couple. They stated one price, then pulled a bait-and-switch after opening the septic tank and increased the fee for pumping by 40%. When I called the office to straighten it out, the owner's wife called me a liar and threatened to pull the service person out- holding us hostage to an open and dangerous septic tank!!! Go anywhere else and consider yourself lucky- Bud Sweet is gone, and the current owners are malicious, devious swindlers!!!!

I called this business today because the previous owner used them to have their septic cleaned out. I needed to know the location of the septic for landscaping purposes but the woman wouldn't send me or text me the diagram that she had for its location. I'm disappointed enough that I will not be using them in the future. The person who answered the phone just cost them future business with us.

These guys were great! Showed up when they said they would. Bill was exactly what was quoted. Most importantly, the truck driver/tank slurper guy was very conscious of all our plants and curbing as he backed in and then laid out the hoses to pump the tank.
I hope we don't have to have the tank pumped again any time soon but if we do it will be by these guys.

We were having a backup problem with our septic system and knew it had been a while since we had it pumped. I called Sweet Septic, as we had used them the last time we needed our septic to be pumped, on Sat. late afternoon and left a msg for Mike. He called back right away and told me he could come Monday morning. He arrived right on time with his assistant. They were both professional and kind and got the job done within 45 minutes. We had a LOT of toilet paper from lots of girls in the house! He gave good suggestions. Do not use flushable wipes even though they say they are septic safe! He
