We had leaking from the top of back security door frame. At first thought it was the roof. Had a roofer out but we both decided it was from the ceiling sprinklers! Flo from Symons (who installed the system in 2007) came out & immediately cut a square from the laundry room ceiling & located the leaking! He fixed the leak as well as replaced the regulator. He explained exactly what he was going to do & how much it would cost. He left the ceiling open so it could dry out & explained the piece of ceiling could be put back later. We have a gentleman who has done a lot of work for us

I called Adam at Symons fire Protection on February 10th and let him know we needed fire sprinklers installed for our remodel. He asked me to email the plans so they could be reviewed and that he would get back to me with a quote.
I got no response to saying he received them, so I followed up via email on the 13th. Still no response, over the course of the next month I called twice to speak to him, as he wasn't responding to emails and was told he was in a meeting and would call back.
I mean, I guess I get it if he is so busy that he can't send a 2 word email to say "received

I had a terrible fire sprinkler leak in my garage. It was literally dripping down my walls! I called Symons Fire Protection and spoke with John and he was able to arrange for a technician to come out within an hour due to the urgency. He was so nice and courteous on the phone! Florencio came out to fix the leak. He was so knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what was going on. He promptly fixed the leak and even took videos to show me where the leak was. I am super grateful that they were able to fix my leak so quickly. Their prices were also very reasonable. Thank goodness for such a wonderful

I selected Symons based on reputation and not based on price although right there. They did not disappointment. The inspector should me how they did not cut corners and provided added value. I also had John Azevado come and perform the finish trim. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and great to work with.

This company is fantastic! They know what they are doing. We have a modern house with no attic and they were able to install the sprinklers, so they actually look nice and don't stand out. Also they were competitively priced and extremely professional, especially John Acevedo. He is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond looking out for our animals and being patient with all the activity at our house. I would highly recommend this company for your fire sprinkler needs.

I had a suspected leaky fire sprinkler/pipe in my home and called Symons Fire Protection. I asked to have the sprinkler system inspected/tested and repaired (if needed) and Florencio arrived to perform the service.
Florencio was extremely knowledgeable about my system and did an outstanding job explaining how the system worked and told me how I should test the system myself twice per year. He went to the attic and found a very slow leak in the piping and repaired it right away. He also replaced one of my fire alarm bells that wasn't working. He had everything I needed on his truck and

I have had nothing but positive experiences with all of my interactions with this company in the last week. The initial phone call was professional and friendly. I then received a follow up call from Brian who was extremely courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions and got me scheduled in a very reasonable amount of time. Then, to top it off, Flo arrived early and was amazingly helpful. Florencio came through for us! One of our check valves on our fire sprinkler riser went out, pouring water everywhere in my garage. After minutes of trying to find the water valve to my house we were able to shut it off. Word of advice, know where it is for emergency purposes. My wife and I then called around shopping for quotes and seeing if the company could even repair it. Symons not only gave us the best price, but they didn't hesitate to come fix it on a weekend. I don't even know where to begin. Tod and the team at Symons were just amazing. We were hosting 11 people in our home at the end of August, and found ourselves with a leak in our our fire sprinkler system. I called Tod after a frantic Google searching, having been told by our plumber and a "leak inspector" that they weren't "authorized" to deal with it.

I am a Realtor and the buyer's inspector found the fire sprinkler pressure was too high. I called them yesterday after being referred by a friend. They asked a few questions and gave me an over the phone quote. Their technician Flo was out this afternoon. He had all of the proper parts and was done with the repair in about 90 minutes for a little less than what I was quoted. This is the kind of service that deserves 5-stars.

We had busted a fire sprinkler pipe, was calling many places to try to get someone, called Symons, dont know how i reached them but it was through a reference of a reference, called the office they were great they worked with me. Next morning BRIAN COLLIS got here he was cool and assured us he will not leave until its fixed, he did great job on the plumbing, perfect seal perfect job, i could see he took pride in his work, and thats who you want to work on things, because i take pride of my work and i do my best, thats EXACTLY what Brian did

Noticed the leak from my sprinkler system's main pipe in the garage in the morning. After a few calls, I was finally referred to Symons. Todd said he would do his best to have someone come out that day, and he did! Florencio was very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, going above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care of, and showing me some maintenance practices that I was not aware of. I believe the charges were very fair. Very happy and satisfied with the service!
