I just had Action replace my furnace and a/c units. Bob, Jay and the rest of the team were terrific from the estimate to completion. Out of the 5 bids I received, no one else could match Action on price and reviews(Google, Facebook, Consumer Checkbook). On install day, the team arrived right on time and completed the install in about 3 1/2 hours. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to say how we appreciated the expertise and exemplary customer we experienced this week from Action Heating and Air. Our friend Martha Vu had a furnace go out and Action came that afternoon and Derek was able to determine the issue and had the part replaced in less than 30 minutes. It was soooo reasonable also!!! Trust me when I say there's only one choice if you have a heating or air conditioner issue. Action Heating and Air!!!!

Bob Cronin was consistently responsive and highly professional. On installation day he and his team arrived right on time, were courteous and engaged. They finished the job promptly and Bob spent time to teach us about our new furnace and AC, including maintenance tips. Bob and his crew arrived at the time he gave me and completed the installation of a furnace and AC unit in the timeframe he said it would take. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They took time to explain to me the important points and answered any questions I had. The installation and associated paperwork went very smoothly. I was also impressed with the estimating process. Bob come out and looked over what was needed and sat down with me to explain the brand they install and their installation process. No pressure to buy, which I liked. Great service! Not only were they timely during this hot busy season, but they were able to install weeks before other competitors. They offered reasonable pricing and didn’t try to up charge or sell anything more than what I needed.They were respectful, clean, and explained the new air and furnace install and how to take care of it. I would use them again and would definitely recommend!

Bob and his team were great. My furnace broke down and he helped me troubleshoot over the phone first. When that didn't work he came out to diagnose and was very honest and did not pressure me to do anything. I decided to replace the furnace, but he loaned me some space heaters before I even made that decision. That was a great help. He got me a great price, helped with the rebates, and came out very quickly and on time to fix my problem. I'm extremely happy with the experience and highly recommended Action Heating & Air!

Like any great review, I can tell you that Action Heating and AC was incredibly professional and did a great job with our install. However, there were several things that really set them apart from other similar businesses and other home repair experiences we have had:
1. They were very responsive in connecting with us when we called for a quote, and in setting up an install date. They walked us through all our options, without trying to upsell us on a bunch of stuff we didn't need.
2. Super fast service! They were in and out in 3.5 hours to install furnace and AC...in the rain!

The team at Action heating and Air are fantastic! Great customer service! Very professional and efficient! Installed a brand new Carrier AC and Furnace! They look great, and run great too! I had 7 bids for the job at my house and chose this company because of the product they install, their customer service, and their attention to detail! Overall wonderful experience! Bob responded right away to my phone call stating that my furnace was red tagged. He gave me all options to consider before deciding to purchase the furnace. I appreciate the straight forward honesty vs the usual sales agent just telling me what they think you need to to make the sale! Thank you. We have used Action Heating for almost 20 years. Two different homes. They have always been quick to resolve any issues. Heating or air conditioning has been fixed the same day we call. Jay and Bob are thorough, professional and honest. Services have always been reasonably priced and we always feel good about our experience with this company.
