What a great company! Their communication was amazing and very accommodating. The carpets look amazing! Their prices was very reasonable. Our technicians Taylor was amazing. When I want a quality company to hire I always reference YELP because I value customer feedback. This guided me in right direction. I was fortunate to receive a quote over the phone site unseen. The price that was given was more than reasonable. Regarding scheduling I said when I asked when I needed it done and they were there next day. They are so prompt, the appointment was for 11:30 they were ringing my doorbell

and we were on a tight timeline. We called and they were able to accommodate us. We had two different appointments and two technicians came to our home. They were punctual, professional and wore face masks. We were pleased with the
final results and the carpets were dry within an hour. I would recommend them, especially if you prefer quick dry carpets and no residue after cleaning.

I had an appointment this past Saturday, and just to find out that the cleaning person couldn't get it done. The reason of that is because my carpet is old. Well I would of much rather, this company should be more specific, when screening their appointments, and inquire whether they can do the work, or not. Instead I wasted my time prepping the house, waited until the service person showed up. If you out there has a 30 yrs old carpet, don't consider this company to clean your carpet, to avoid an unnecessary disappointment.

Anthony at fresh sweeps was great. He is honest, very knowledgeable. Has additional training and certification, and great customer service. Actually taught me about my fireplace. Saturday appts, and he even brought coloring books for kids! He charged us less than we were quoted after he saw the chimney and told us we could go to Lowe's a buy a part we needed for $50 rather than spend $300 to have him do it. So honest! He also shared some personal stories and just seems like such a kind, remarkable guy. Young father who has overcome a lot- feels good to give him your business.

We just had Fresh Sweeps out at our house. We moved in over three years ago and have never had our chimney inspected or swept. We have no idea if the previous owners did either. Anthony, the certified tech, arrived a few minutes early (which is always appreciated).
