Dan was professional, friendly, prompt and had great communication. He thoroughly cleaned our gas fireplace (an old DIY from the previous homeowner), rearranged the logs, moved it for better performance, and then tested it for us. We now have an even better looking gas fireplace that works properly. The price was also very reasonable. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and service.

This business does an excellent job, from appointment scheduling through the service visit. We asked them to clean and service our pellet stove. Dan, the business owner, showed up on time, looked at our stove and determined we didn't need to have it cleaned. No Charge although we offered to pay him. This is business you can trust!

In early January they had a technician come out who charged me for the visit and said the replacement part would be ordered and he would install it within a few weeks. Over two months later I reached out to the company who said they had had a record of the visit but they had not ordered anything for the repair. Furthermore, they didn’t have any responsibility because the technician no longer worked there- the lady even laughed a bit about it on the call. Our Fireplace Xtrordinair DV XL had not worked in 16 years and we finally got around to calling for service. After calling a local store that sells our brand and not receiving a call back, we called Dan at Fireplace Service and Repair. When our fireplace was malfunctioning, we called Fireplace Services and Repairs of Nevada. Greg came out, and when we told him what was happening, he immediately knew what the problem was. In ten minutes the fireplace was running as good as new. Greg was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and even cleaned up after himself. Our experience with this company was excellent. We will call Fireside Service and Repair of Nevada if we ever have another problem. They were great!

I reached out to Fireplace Service and Repair after hiring another company who came out and charged me $190.00 just to tell me that my pellet stove was not working- duh, that's why I called them out, right? They advised that they'd be in touch with me with a quote for repair... yet they never did give me one!
