Definitely highly recommended ! Its a husband and wife owned company, really great people. I had a ultra violet light installed, they explain me the different types of lights out there and I decided to go with the most economic price but within the category of great quality, also had the unit serviced to make sure everything was running fine. Overall really happy with the services I received from them and will continue to call them in the future.

Was the best experience I’ve ever had with an AC company. Came to my house I explained what was happening they checked told me it was my capacitor. I went in the house right quick came out to ask if they had to order the part and it was already on and running. They were honest, nice guys. CES is my new go to guys for AC period.

We hired Cool Express Service (CES) to replace our old A/C system, which was working but was on its last legs. Great experience start to finish! Jose came out and gave us a fair price and went through the estimate line by line, explaining everything that would be done. Leslie, in the office, followed up with us before and after the installation was done. The team that came out to do the install did a great job and also took care to clean up when they were done, too. And Jose came out to inspect the job and our ducts, too, to be sure everything was performed- and working- correctly.

Jose was fabulous. When he came to the initial visit I had water pouring out of my ceiling. He immediately fixed it temporarily, at no charge, until I got other quotes. He was professional, courteous and quite knowledgeable. He explained and showed me what the problems were. I ultimately used Cool Express Service, Inc and am totally impressed and pleased with the workmanship. They arrived on time, wore masks and even finished sooner than stated estimate. I highly recommend this family run business.

I normally don't write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with Cool Express. They had fair pricing, were very professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. On the day of the job, they arrived early and they addressed preexisting issues in my attic space so the end result was even better than I expected. Had a uv light installed they were very professionals and efficient, they explain me everything there is to know, installation was quick and my house feels different in a good way. Wonderful work !
