AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Improperly measured and installed an ac unit in existing ac closet. Flooded our home and unit cannot be serviced bc unit is too big for closet. I don't believe any permits were pulled for install. Instead of acknowledging their error they are taking no responsibility and expect us to move our ac unit at our cost. They have used every excuse except admitting their error.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am retired from an A/C business that I had for approximately 45 years so I'm very particular what company I would use as now I'm at a point where I really don't want to do it myself any more. But since I was previously in the business I can realize competence of the mechanics and office staff and the integrity of the company. All Time A/C gets an A+ from me and I highly recommend them. I wouldn't say their work was smooth as silk, it was more like an expensive satin but the cost of the service was extremely within a reasonable charge.

All Time Air Conditining installed a brand new 5 Ton A/C for us last year. It is working great. We are very happy with it. Yesterday, Brian Ogden performed the yearly A/C maintenance. He was on-time, professional, and explained the 21-point service. He even found and connected a wire for us that enables us to use the thermostat without batteries. We would definitely recommend this company.

All Time Air Conditioning was called for a service repair. I called them because their offices were close to my home. Calling was a great experience. Katrina was not only professional and courteous, she listened to my explanation and followed through with my concerns. She called me back in a reasonable time and was able to provide me with all the information I needed. We set-up an appointment for diagnosis and repair. It was refreshing to have Katrina answer the phone and take the time to listen.

My air conditioner was running but no cold air was coming out of the vents. Called and got an appointment that day. Derek Friedman arrived within the time frame. Diagnosed the problem. Tried to restart the fan motor with no success. Thank goodness it was under warranty. A power surge caused the issue. Derek was professional, ordered the part and they will be returning today to install. I use them twice a year to do maintenance on my AC. I definitely would recommend them. Shelly Andreas

I've actually used their tech Jake several times over the years even before he was with all time. He's always been very prompt and upfront/honest and that's what you want in this type of work. I happily followed him to All Time. I cant speak for the other techs but if they are anything like Jake you can't go wrong with this company.

Do not use All Time Air Conditioning! We called for service on Saturday and the technician said our system was severely restricted. He charged an outrageous fee, and also told us not to turn the AC back on for several hours. When we did (no surprise) it didn't work! Our calls were ignored on Sunday. The same tech came back on Monday and once again said that the system would only work on low capacity for brief periods of time. He suggested full replacement at a whopping $7,200.

I called All Time Air when my AC went out back in November after talking to other AC Companies. They were the only ones that offered me a fantastic deal for home owners, and when I was having an issue this week I called them they came right out and ordered the part installed it with priority, professionalism, courtesy, very trustworthy. Love that they call you when they are on their way and even send a picture of the service person that comes to your house. I would highly recommend them even going to post on my community website. I like using local companies.

That review gave All Time three stars and the owner, Ryan Friedman, was understandably upset. Given that, I thought it would be helpful to provide a status update of the performance of the Carrier AC system that All Time installed in my home. Once the initial problems were addressed the system has performed flawlessly. I am now !00% satisfied! We have the thermostat set at 75 and my wife is happy (although I am freezing half the time). I look forward to many years of trouble-free performance.

I've known about All Time AC for years now, so when my AC needed replacing with a new 3-ton, they were the first AC Co. that came to mind. Their prices were great, excellent technicians who were cheerful and really enjoyed getting my new AC system installed quickly and had my home ICE COLD again! They have replaced several A/C units for me as well, have been an extremely quick and reliable A/C service company. I would highly recommend them. The office is great to work with and always follow up. The technicians do a great job setting up, keeping a clean work area and finished product cleaner than when they started.
