Came back to a non functioning HVAC unit in our house after a week long vacation. We have a 9mo old and was looking forward to being in our home until we saw that it was 82 degrees inside. I called several HVAC companies and to my surprise only one company took action and cared enough to come out and look at it. After having been lied to and received poor quality service from numerous AC companies over the years, I have finally found a great company I'm going to stick with. Ocean Air is honest, reliable, and straightforward with his pricing. They also have good manners while their workers are in your home. And the owner regularly checks in on jobs that he himself cannot attend to.

Our AC stopped working and we gave the guys at Ocean Air a call to get us back up and running. Angel arrived soon after our call and found the coil was in need of replacement. Within a few hours, Andrew and Bilase arrived, part in hand, and completed the install seamlessly. While being without AC was agonizing, we’re thrilled we found a company that we can count on!

Wow, Joe and his team are spectacular!! My AC went out over the weekend. Joe came out immediately and figured out the problem. I needed a new fan motor - they got the part and installed it the next day. Joe is very knowledgeable, communicative, and honest. The technicians were on time, friendly, and professional. The most amazing customer service! I just needed yearly maintenance done and was referred to Ocean Air. The price was very reasonable but what stood out to me the most was the thorough job that was done. The tech that came out really took time in checking everything out and cleaning. I've not experienced a more thorough job ever. Also, the owner called and explained a tech would be coming but he was working on a repair. When he finished he also came by just to meet me. Hopefully I won't need them much but if I do, I will be a lifetime customer!
