We have been using Air One for two years since we bought our townhouse. The technicians show up in a very timely manner and always have an honest and upfront diagnosis and estimate. There was one call that was an easy fix and it was priced accordingly and the technician even gave us a DIY fix for the future if it happened again. Hired them for standard maintenance "tune up". They claimed that they "Performed a complete inspection" and "Flushed the drain line" on a 4 year old unit that has worked flawlessly. They even told me that "everything looked great". 10 days later we detected a leak from bottom of condenser. Unfortunately, it was already too late. Flooring ruined. Instead of making sure the lines were clear and system clean, they CREATED a block between the condenser and the condensate pump. Of course, Rob had about 10 excuses why they couldn't possibly be at fault, including that my condensate pump "might have been
