We had what may or may not have been a broken window frame. Not wishing to make matters worse by trying to fix it, I called Glass Pros. The phone was answered by a charming woman that set us up with an evaluation appointment. Reese arrived at the prescribed time and not only evaluated the situation but fixed it on the spot ! On the issue of courtesy, it was pouring rain during Reese’s visit. He didn’t enter until his shoes were dry and repaired the window (open at times) without any trace of water or mess ! We will definitely call Glass Pros for anything windows related...Thank you ! Mark

I highly recommend this business! We were needing some existing mirrors to be cut and prepared for installation in a dance studio. Glass Pros returned our call quickly and came out the next afternoon to cut the mirrors. They did a fantastic job! We will be using them again when the need arises!

After calling two other local window and glass companies and not hearing back, I called Glass Pros. I wish they were my first call because they came over within the hour and removed the broken glass and ordered a new window. Professional, prompt, courteous and kind. I recommend anyone in Knoxville who is looking for great customer service to call here first!

High Praise for Glass Pros! I contacted at least 5 different window installers or fabricators before calling Glass Pros. Everyone told me the 6 little arch windows were just too small to replace. We had a break-in at our company which resulted in broken display case glass. I was recommended several glass companies from friends; one of those wouldn’t even come look at the damaged glass cases. A Big company in town came over, measured and quoted, but later informed me that they wouldn’t install the glass. Glass Pros of Knoxville was the only glass company that followed through with replacement and installation. They did a great job, and were very professional. I would recommend Glass Pros for all of your residential and commercial glass needs.
