No fault at all on the company, I ordered a small amount of coloured boro for a piece I was working on, shipped out no problem everything was going well until the package went out for delivery in the morning and hadnt arrived days later, i called canada post to ask what happened and they had no answer for me. Months later i gave up trying to contact my post office and advised moutain glass what had happened. Instantly I was given the option to have my order reissued or credit in the same amount applied to my account. The Mountain glass art team has never once disappointed me and always goes above

Mountain glass is the only place when it comes to glass materials. Everyone is always so helpful. Chris always points out all the new candy and pushes me to up my game. But every time across anyone working they make sure I know where to find what I'm looking for... which is great because I never know what I'm looking for. 5 stars all day every day! I buy from Mountain Glass regularly & couldn't be happier. The team is prompt, the order is always correct, and the glass is packaged well. I've never received a broken tube or rod in the mail when they ship it! Their prices are competitive, and even if it's not always the cheapest, their service is top notch and worth the extra couple bucks. One review on Yelp and it must have been the owner or a relative, because when I inquired for a quote, one message said they can't help and then later on, they gave some information, followed by, let us know to come out and give an estimate.
How to you go from one to the other? Only in Knoxville, TN apparently.
It would seem that from all that I've heard and experienced, certain fields of companies must be independently wealthy or have an adverse reaction to WORK and so, do as little as they can, if you can get them to come to your house and give you an estimate, which is highly inflated
