Our water heater broke down in the middle of the winter two years ago and we decided to upgrade it to a tankless heater. We did a bit of research and understood the price range, but the few places that we called (that were closer to our house) gave us outrageous prices (double to triple the price range!). We came across At House and they quoted us exactly within the range that we expected. They also clearly explained the process and the tax rebate we would get from switching to tankless. We had been getting an error 10 on our Rinnai water heater for a couple of months. Water turned cold during showers. Called various reps for repair but no avail. Very disappointing. Thought about throwing away the unit. By chance, my husband found At House and called Hiro. Hiro was very responsive and knowledgeable. They scheduled us really fast without a long wait. I hired At House to install a Rennai control*r WiFi module to enable scheduled recirculation on our water heater. In doing so, it was discovered that the heater was returning an error code. After lots of very thorough debugging, the problem ultimately turned out to be a faulty recirculation pump which had to be replaced. At House contacted Rennai to file a warranty claim, get the replacement ordered, and promptly scheduled a followup appointment as soon as the part arrived.
Their communication throughout the job was excellent and, should the need arise, I would hire them again without hesitation

Our heater suddenly broke and we are so glad we found At Home! Hiro is knowledgeable and very professional. He was patient with our questions, and suggested the best solution for our problem. So glad we called At House! We moved in to our new house and found out that the tankless water heater has never been serviced by prior owner for over 7 years!! One of the valve wasn't even turntable. And the water was luke warm and never got enough. We called At House, they were able to come that same day! Hiro serviced the tank efficiently, helped us get familiar with the tankless water heater. Hiro and his team are top notch. Back in 2019 (prior to covid ) They came over for a detailed estimate for a tankless. Model quoted was a Rinnai Tankless water heater. Remove old water heater to install new tankless water heater. Very detailed and priced accordingly.

This is by far the best plumber I have ever had since the day I was born.
I don't know what to do if I did not meet Hiro. So long story short my tankless water heater failed again and the culprit was the hard water in our area.
Knowing that Rinnai had a bad track record providing qualified plumbers, I was not too keen calling one from Rinnai. But I had to, so I called At House and talked to Hiro. I was smart this time, I yelped At House and I was in disbelieve with the 5 stars review. I had to make sure that these 5 stars review were real.
It did not take that long for At House to prove

I had a multi-day project for At House, including misc repairs of plumbing fixtures in interior and exterior, installing 3 toilets (which each needed moving water supply valve 3 inches on the wall), installing water softener and tankless water heater.
We consulted on every part of the work and aligned expectations throughout the project - great communication! The price quotes were better than others I compared, and invoices and receipts for work were sent promptly. I would call At House back in an instant if I had any other plumbing needs.

We contacted At Home for a quote to install water softener. We actually got quote from 3 places: Costco, a Culligan contractor and At home. We decided to go with At Home because 1. The reasonable price. 2. Hiro is very responsive and patient. He answered every single one of my questions. 3. Hiro and team were great to work with. They moved my tankless to a better location (correcting some issues from my previous plumber) and installed a new softener system.
Their quote was competitive and they did not try to up sell me on anything. They were responsive and communication was top notch. On top of that the work was very clean - pipes are dead straight and the work area is clean afterwards. I also trust that they will be responsive if any issues arise.

At House is a plumbing company that has integrity and does quality work. Our tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. We called about 3-4 plumbing companies and the estimates were outrages! One company recommended that we replace the whole system. We knew that didn't seem right. Another company wanted to charge us $300 just to troubleshoot! Thank God we didn't fall for their gimmicks. I discovered my water heater was leaking. Called a Rinnai specialist listed on their webpage. They came out and said the heat exchanger was cracked. Rinnai warranty covered the replacement of the entire unit.
The plumbing company wanted to charge $$$$. It didn't feel right and felt very salesy. I told them I need time to think about it.
I contacted At House. They were quick to the point, accepted the job and everything was finished by morning time the next day.

Wore masks the entire time, put booties on when entering my home, and estimated the job would be the whole day. Came at 9 and finished at 2. Made sure we tested all hot water outlets, which worked like a charm.
Told us about rebates and that night after installation, sent me the links to the various rebates offered so I did not have to search all over for them.
Hiro and his team did were friendly and did an excellent job!
