Landmark Design Co. is a family-owned outdoor living company with nearly 20 years of experience that is based in Dallas with additional locations in Denver and Houston. More than just installing lighting, Landmark was founded to create outdoor experiences that expand the reach of a home, enhancing the architecture and leveraging nature.
We partner with you to develop a design plan that highlights the unique features of your property. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, not your budget. We believe that key features define and form each home's character. These distinct elements such as width, height, angles, pattern, and texture are strategically illuminated, showcasing the entire home in a three-dimensional view.

We have neighbour's who have lighting by Landmark and liked what we have seen so called Chase who came over and gave us a quote for lighting our driveway, flower beds and house. The nice thing, other than the finished product and Chase being a very friendly individual, is he never once tried to upsell us and told us what we did and did not need. We could not be happier with the finished lighting and will be getting him back to light our backyard.

From day 1, Chase was upfront on cost, willing to incorporate needs for certain lighting requests, and accommodating on meetings/calls/demos. The fact he was willing to perform a demo at no cost prior to contract acceptance won us over. Start to finish we were impressed. The installation was non-invasive in terms of times/dates and impact to our lawn. We love our property so much more now and feel safer with the strategic lighting placements. Thank you Chase and team!

Does a great job with holiday lights- got the lights up before Thanksgiving and fixed them within 24 hours when they got knocked down by heavy snow. Much more responsive than prior lighting companies that we've worked with. Also hung some summer patio lights for me that look great!

I had Chase Beasley, owner of Landmark Design Company, come to my home to see if he could "remedy" the existing landscape uplighting
that was done in my back yard, as I was never pleased with the work or design the first lighting company did. After meeting with Chase , I hired him to re-do this outdoor lighting. He did a fabulous job - what a difference it made in the aesthetical "look" of my yard ! I could write paragraphs about the thorough work process and courteous efforts he extended; but since limited space is available, I'll just say when he finished repositioning and changing the uplighting
