I first called Bill to purchase 3 overhead doors for my Shop. The purchase delivery and install went very smoothly. I am pleased.
Recently, the spring broke on an overhead door at another property. The door could not be opened and we had a car trapped inside. I called Bill at about 3:00 in the afternoon. NTX had someone working on the door within 2 hours and it was fixed in about 30 minutes. Could not be more happy. Thanks, NTX!

Highly recommend! Talked to Bill, the owner, and he worked it out to be able to come over the same day. He went the extra mile and did more than expected. We had a broken spring that was very loud. He changed the spring and the rollers. Also, he was the most responsive and had the best pricing of those I called. A+++

You know how you meet someone and you just know they are someone you can trust. That's Bill from NTX. Bill was on time and not only fixed / upgraded our garage door. He installed better rollers free because, we needed it. He showed me how / when to perform maintenance on the door and opener. I would recommend NTX and Bill to anyone. So happy with NTX Garage Door!! We had a bad experience with another company and called NTX to come fix what the other company didn't. Our garage door broke after 6pm and I called them hoping I could get someone out first thing the next morning but they sent someone out immediately that evening. Ryan, the technician, went to work trying to determine what caused the problem and then began fixing it. He easily explained the problem to us in a way we could understand and worked hard in the heat to get it done. We are beyond pleased with Ryan's work and the ease of working with NTX. I highly recommend
