Just purchased a Hot Tub, and this family run business is top notch. I enjoy supporting local family operations, because I operate one myself. Worst service ever. Service tech Bronson took 2 1/2 months to fix nothing. Last time he came out said it was running great and good to get in, over 100volts of electricity was in the water and my husband got the **** shocked out of him. Unsafe and put my family and kids in danger. Not to mention it was still leaking.

Great service and communication. I needed to fix a part on my hot tub, Mike knew exactly what part I meant and what I needed to do. He gave me great instructions and easy enough to follow through. The job went well because of his explanations. Another time a power pack was fixed up, great job! Chemicals and how to use them are explained in common language. I will use them again and again. Very good experience in buying my first tub.
Family-owned business with years of experience, and they are personable and friendly. One visit with them helped me go from being a person who had no prior technical knowledge of hot tubs to someone who had a good handle on everything it takes to own and maintain one. Delivery time of my tub was supposed to be 4 to 6 weeks, however it arrived in just 3 weeks because the manufacturer was about to send out a shipment of other tubs, so they called and requested that mine be expedited so it could be on the same shipment. Unfortunately I did not buy my first tub from Affordable Spas, but when I started having issues with it years ago, they were extremely helpful and reasonable in price. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and they were not shy about teaching me a thing or two in order to save me time and money down the road.
