Our purchase of a swim spa was an excellent experience from the first visit to the showroom to the installation. Everyone was patient with my barrage of questions, and helpful throughout the experience. They also helped point me to the companies necessary to get the spa in my backyard, connected, and running. The concrete person, electrician, and crane operator were all top notch. For the most part deadlines were met, and when something came up I was notified about what was going to happen next. All in all a positive experience.

This review only gets 1 star because the site allows for nothing lower. Trust me, this a zero star review. I have remained patient for a long time but I have reached the end of my ability for understanding. I ordered patio furniture from these guys in March of 21. The "covid" delay was understandable but my original estimate was 8-10 weeks. What wasn't understandable when it actually took 14 weeks was all the updates after 8 weeks that things "were on the way". When everything finally arrived and their White Glove install was scheduled, 2 guys showed up with 1 monkey

Stay FAR FAR away from these people!!!! I had two young guys come to my house to look at my hot tub. One was in training with the other one. My hot tub stopped heating but everything else was working well. My hot tub is only 4 years old. Before they even opened up the panel they said it's probably just best to get a new tub this one is old and not worth fixing. The seasoned guy told the new guy to climb under my deck and open everything up. The seasoned guy started busting up laughing because the new guy shot water all over the panel and himself from hitting the pressure release value and

Felt like I got nothing but the runaround from these two jokers(Armondo and Ed). My tub showed up 2 months late. They had excuse after excuse on how it was in town but couldn't be delivered. These guys are a joke. Not sure how they have stayed in business. They also charged me the wrong tax amount twice. I DON'T RECOMMEND.

It's been over a year since I wrote my review and 1.5 years since I bought my Passion Swim Spa. I'm happy to say I'm as happy with it as much today as I was when I first bought it in December of 2018. I'm still swimming almost every day and am much healthier for it. I've had absolutely no problems with my swim spa, and the maintenance is very minimal. I highly recommend Everything Hot Tubz.

Had some leaks on my hot tub so I called these guys to come fix the problem they did fix a leak but there was several others i had to call them back almost immediately and they wanted to charge me another service call they should have fixed all the leaks regardless of how long it would have taken the technician I was willing to pay for the labor but they just kept coming out fixing one thing and then leaving only to have a leak still present they told me the seals on the Jets needed to be fixed but never gave me a quote on fixing them the sad part is they said they were experts in fixing Coleman

I never thought i would get another hot tub again, until Everything Hotubz showed me the ecospa.... it is a whole different concept... super durable, the lids caught my eye... super light but strong and completely locks down. it has been so easy to take care of too... and everything hottubz definitely was the best delivery and service I have ever needed. they were very knowledgable and helpful. This company really cares about their customers. They have been in the hot tub business for years. They offer a great selection but are also there after the sale for service. Eddy goes out of the way to make sure customers are 100% satisfied. Do your research but If you live in the Denver area I would recommend buying from Everything Hottubz!

DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. Armando is the owner and we had them come out and "fix" a FLO error. 2 weeks later it is broken again with the same FLO error. We gave these guys a chance and called them 2 times at 8AM and left messages. They never called us back. We called again when we got off work at 5:55PM- after they NEVER even had the courtesy to call back. Armando answered and was completely rude. Did not even spend the time to listen to what was wrong. Interrupted me several times. And then basically said he was closed and hung up. Acted like this was our problem. I have never been treated

Outstanding experience throughout the entire sales process. The staff proved to be highly knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with our first hot tub purchase. Having never owned one before we were really in the dark on what to look for, but the guys there did an excellent job of explaining the different products and guiding us into the right tub for us. Their pricing was a huge reason why we chose to do business with them (much better than other stores we visited) but it was Armondo and Ed's knowledge level and non-high pressure approach that really sold us. A few weeks back, we brought a used tub from Everything Hottubz. When the tub arrived it had a few things wrong, just a couple of cosmetic things and a small leak by a seal. We did have a few communication issues BUT the company came through brilliantly yesterday and they repaired the leak, brought a new tray, speakers and cover and sorted the cosmetics, all done in a friendly, helpful and timely matter. We ended up really very happy with the transaction and service we received and LOVE our new tub. Thank you very much to all of the guys for your help and service, it really is appreciated greatly

Love the tub, BUT... The (ahem).."customer service " was non existant.. Nothing but excuses for the long wait for delivery, including that MY tub was on display at a show in New York.
Was told they would connect and hook it up since i was replacing another tub, so the electrical was already in place. They sent an obviously new, barely English speaking crew who had no idea how to do that.
I needed a crane to lift it over the house..was told to use their name and I'd get a commercial discount. Never happened and could not contact any mgmt. To confirm.

Professional. Courtesy. Timely. This is the most friendly customer service we have ever had when getting repairs done in our home. The tech, Jeff, was amazing with my family trying to talk his ears off, friendly but still working efficiently. He called when he was on his way and was within the time frame quoted both times he was out.
The calls to the office were always pleasant too! This staff is just amazing. They will also bring out products for your hot tub.

Not sure what all of the negative reviews are for. Definitely you cannot make everyone happy all the time and with the amount of money invested in this purchase it is important to be comfortable with the company and staff. We have been nothing but impressed by Ed, the customer service and products.
Ed was very knowledgable, honest and so helpful when we were deciding on which tub and which company to purchase from. He made no negative comments about the competition and was very patient with our questions.

Worst business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. First, they never showed up on time or at all. Johnny always had an excuse. I don't need to hear about family issues. We all got our own issues. I'm paying to have my hot tub fixed. Then, they sent me to collections before they even finished the work. On top of that, the hot tub cover I purchased custom for this tub held water from the beginning and the lack of response I got and finally the rude texts drew me to make this review.
