Had a few windows installed. They were installed promptly and correctly.
The price was fair and easy to arrange financing.
There were some issues about fixing some pre existing problems around my window frame that I was disapponted weren't addressed. I recommend getting things in writing as is always prudent.

If one accepts the fact that buying new windows and a new front door requires a months-long wait due to supply chain issues, my experience with Koehler Homes can't be beat. I have a 1967 condo in San Marco with the original single-pane windows and a beat-up front-door frame. Windows and door did little to keep out the noise of either the trains regularly passing by (only half a mile away) or of children playing outside. Firstly this a company that i will do business with again. I was not only extremely impressed with the quality of their product , but also with the methodical and professional installation. I heard about this company from a close friend and remembered his comments from his window install some three years ago. When i started earlier this summer to search for a product and vendor for my home i reached out to that friend and asked him would he do it again. Was he satisfied and without hesitation he said yes! I met John at the Home and Patio show in March 2020. He was my first window quote. Later in the year, I got quotes from 5 more companies. I had John come out to go over our quote again after my five other quotes. John and Koehler Homes was an easy choice for us to go with for new windows. We have a lot of windows (over 40) and John helped us chose the ones that would look the best and be the best value for our home. We signed our contract in January 2021. Truly exceptional experience! Purchased 16 PGT impact windows thru Koehler Homes and love the job they did! Installation was flawless!!
Future buyers beware though, I waited 10months for my windows. That was biggest drawback for me.
I have high praise for the company though. There are 3 other companies who sell this product who swore up and down I would have my windows within 14-18weeks. The consultant who’s name was Joseph, was estimating 8-10months and basically told me we wouldn’t sign a contract to compete with what they are saying. He was right and Koehler homes communicated the whole

I had a great experience with Koehler Homes and our consultant Joseph! Communication was excellent and the installers were so professional! Our windows were delayed quite a bit but the communication from their office manager was always keeping us updated. I couldn't be happier! We've already recommended them to our neighbors! Let me say that working with your team has been excellent. Everyone has been nice, cooperative, and seemingly trustworthy. I appreciate that greatly and you have no areas of improvement here!
Clean up has been excellent. Areas to improve: There was a mess left under the window in the garage but the project manager was back the next day to clean it. I'm guessing it was an oversight given how clean everything else has been.
Again kudos to you and your team for a job well done. I am very happy and happy to be a reference for you and your excellent work and product in the future. Cannot wait to see
